Worst dental experience ever! Waited 1.25 hrs to be seen, even though I had an appointment for bleeding gums. No explanation for wait nor apology for the long wait. Dental tech didn’t know and couldn’t understand English. Had to keep leaving the room to ask questions. Fill-in dentist “Guzman” was rude and disrespectful, making assumptions about my dental hygiene. Told me he couldn’t treat my issue unless I had a full cleaning and established a “treatment plan”. Stated the reason my gums were bleeding was because I just needed a cleaning, and I needed to brush and floss more. Both of which I do each day! Since I am not eligible through insurance for another cleaning until 8/10, I hardly think that’s the case. Dr. Trimble, you made a huge mistake having an “Aspen” quality dentist fill in for you. I will never use you or recommend your practice to anyone.

Worst experience that I’ve ever had at a dental practice. I explained when booking my appointment that my son needed a routine, 6 month cleaning. I was provided an appointment with that understanding. When I arrived, I reiterated that we were there for a cleaning. After the x-rays, dental and hygiene exams were completed, I asked the assistant again if my son was getting a cleaning and she said, “yes, of course.” After waiting another 10 minutes, We were then told that they didn’t have time for his cleaning and that he would need to come back for a separate appointment. We were there for well over an hour at this point. A typical cleaning with an exam by a dentist for a child with no issues is 45 minutes. The only reason that we went to this office is that they offered Saturday appointments and my son is in a rigorous academic program at school as well as sports after school. They had confirmed that he would receive a cleaning and at no point were we told that he would need a separate appointment until after we were there for over an hour. When I expressed my disappointment and frustration with the miscommunication we were told that this is standard procedure. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Stay away from this Dentistry !!! This is the worst I ever been in my whole life and I'm almost 70years old. I had a appointment, because one tooth was hurting .The girl behind the counter wasn't very friendly. But I didn't care. They toke my x trays and pictures. I was sitting for 1 1/2 hr before the doctor came in. very arrogant, tried to make money to tell me how many teeth needs to pull out, i didnt agree. when I was asking some questions he became more unfriendly. So he let me sit in the chair for a other 1Hr before he was going to pull my tooth. I left the office after 3 hrs. I think a open heard surgery dosn't take longer ,

Beware of this office! Just wanted a simple cleaning. Called ahead trying to get an idea of what the cost was. They said, it depended on what “level”of cleaning I needed. They assured me that the visit was covered by insurance at no cost to me. But, I had called my insurance after speaking to the office, and they said I would owe a copay. Therefore, I knew they had not contacted my insurance. Once I arrived, they brought me back for x-rays and an exam by the hygienist. After 16 X-rays and exam they told me I needed a deep cleaning with anesthetic. I told them that I did not want a deep cleaning. And what other level could I get. Decided to leave because I still could not get the different levels or their pricing for them. Total bait and switch as it was obvious to me they wanted to do the most expensive procedure. My advice: Find a Dentist that already has his or her Mercedes. I found one.

Literally just left this place with just an exam. I knew I had a Cavity going in. Service was courteous, assuming they was just doing they jobs. Xrays and what not she was super nice. The Hygienist and Dentist saw me and confirmed my evaluation. They came back with a break down and I Had to Refuse Service!!!! I only needed an Extraction, which was fully covered by my Insurance. But instead, the Dentist up-saled my charge and tried to Sale me their Credit Line if I couldn't afford their up-saled service. They will Literally only Highlight what they can Charge You instead of What You Can Get Covered!! Bad practices!

I was extremely anxious at the start of my first appointment. By the time I walked out the door I knew I was in the right fit for me. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Lisandra was extremely patient, kind, and caring while getting my x-rays done, and I know I was an anxious complete wreck at first. Dr. Guzman was very kind with a big heart, straightforward, and caring as well. He made my crowns and bridges. I am staying with this office and recommending it to anyone! It’s a great opportunity for those people who work during the week, and Dr. Guzman can help them on the weekend.
