I haven’t been to the dentist in well over two years and I dreaded going every time in the past. However, my experience at Smile Culture was nothing short of amazing. I had my examination done by Dr. Shin and he was great! Came back two days later for my cleaning with Victoria and, I have never said this about a dental appointment, had a wonderful time. Both Dr. Shin and Victoria were very welcoming and, most importantly, gentle! The staff there are also friendly and kind. I am saying a lot of things that I have never said before but I am actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment. I’ve even convinced my husband to switch dental offices! If I can give this place 10 stars just for Dr. Shin and Victoria alone, I would. 10/10 would recommend. ??

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Shin at Smile Culture Dental- Fairless Hills and I cannot praise the experience enough. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in their care. Dr. Shin is truly exceptional. His professionalism, expertise, and gentle approach put me at ease immediately. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The procedure itself was painless, efficient, and conducted with the highest level of care. I highly recommend Dr. Shin and the entire team to anyone in need of dental care. Smile Culture Dental provided exceptional, customer service, care, and dental services overall. In January 2024, I made it my resolution to get all the oral work needed done. Mostly because it have been over a decade since I’ve had someone look at my teeth. My Journey at Smile started with Lauren she did x-rays and explain to me my gum health and introduced me to Ellen Chang to discuss all the other work that was coming my way. They were both patient, caring, and supportive. That very day Lauren started the deep cleaning of my gums talked me through the process and eased my nerves! 2 sessions with Lindsey and I was done stage one. Stage two was completed by Dr. Chang and Sam! Dr. Chang was the kindest most gentle soul, she asked if I was okay, gave me time when needed and she eventually removed all of my many cavities! And don’t get me started on Sam! She is a wizard when it comes to filling cavities, she’s so thorough, and you can really tell she loves what she does!!! In the matter of a month and a half I had 6 appointments at Smile Culture Dental-Fairless Hills and each appointments was easier and easier to show up for! The environment is welcoming, and all of the admin staff really made sure that everyone was comfortable!!! Thank you so much for everything , I’ll see you in January ??

Highly recommend this office. Tracy, my hygienist, was amazing. I have gum disease and she handled me with great care. I get anxiety in the dentist office and she has such a positive and calming personality about her.

I’ve been going to Smile Culture Dental for about 2 years now. I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists/ortho in the past. They did everything humanly possible to make sure I was comfortable, understood what they were going to be doing, and laid out every option I had (if I had more than one option for something). I used to despise going to the dentist, and now, I don’t mind sitting in that chair.
