All of the hygienists, dentists, and staff are always very kind, easygoing, professional, and a delight to see at every visit. I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the same day. They reassured me and their prices are very reasonable even though I have a terrible dental plan. I haven’t had any work done yet, but they are very good about getting you in and scheduled.

The entire staff is friendly, professional and kind. They explain everything well and help keep bills low. It’s also easy to schedule appointments with Angie or Candace. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at your office on the 20th of this month. Unfortunately, I left the office without receiving any detailed information about aftercare, which left me with several questions about my recovery. After I was able to speak again, I called your office to follow up, but the interaction I had with Candace was unprofessional. She was dismissive of my concerns, and when I thought the call had dropped, I called back, only to hear her laughing before she abruptly hung up on me. I was never contacted again, and my questions went unanswered. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with Candace's tone, which I find rude and unhelpful. As a patient who is recovering from a procedure, I felt disregarded and dismissed rather than supported. Dental pain and recovery are serious matters, and I believe patients deserve to have their questions addressed with professionalism and respect. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending your office to others. I hope this feedback can be used to improve patient interactions in the future.

Staff are friendly with big smiles. I met Dr. Sahar for the first time since Dr. K left Smile Art. I was a bit worried from the beginning because my kids had Dr. K when they were little. However, Dr. Sahar is very friendly and patient . She is willing to spend time listening to all my concerns about my kids ' oral health. Happy dental visit !
