Smart Dental Care

After my previous dentist of 32 years retired, and a less than great experience with the new dentist that took over the practice, I made the move to Smart Dental. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and the extensive plan they laid out to make sure my dental needs were taken care of. The staff here is incredible and really knows their craft. Looking forward to getting all of my dental work done here and making this my new dental home.

Such a phenomenal dental office! They all have such great patient care and reached out to me after a procedure to check up on me. They’re always so kind and friendly and give the best dental care.

I wouldn’t recommend this dental office. The last cleaning I went to, the dentist wasn’t even there. It’s strange to me that they can charge for a visit when I had zero interaction with the doctor. I recently had an infection that I was initially told was from a tooth that needed a root canal. Dr Wynn told me because my tooth had two roots that she could do one but the other had to be done by the other dentist on another day. So they basically wanted to perform two root canals on one tooth on separate days. I said no. In reality, the tooth needed to be pulled. I went through more than two weeks of excruciating pain and visited four dental offices when the problem should have been diagnosed initially. Seems like it was a money grab and not a thorough evaluation initially.

Smart Dental is the best dental clinic I have ever been. Very Strongly recomnended. I am so impressed with all the staff and the service. Dr Nguyen and the hygienist were super amazing and so compassionate. The receptionist Lynn is super friendly too. It has very modern facilities. Five star! They are the best!

I love Smart Dental! I am extremely nervous to go to the dentist and they just make sure you are taken care of and comfortable! Dr Nguyen has a beautiful way of making you feel at ease and very informative of what she is doing! Jacqueline goes out of her way to make sure you understand what they are doing, what insurance covers and that you are happy and comfortable. The assistant’s are amazing and so attentive and caring! Very prompt. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The Doctor took all the time needed with me answering all my question. What a professional bunch of people and everyone was so pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Dr. Johnson and his team to anyone. In fact I have done so with a family member as well as one of my best friends. The surgery went much better than I could ever expected. Four weeks out now with no pain and walking half to one mile every day. Something I haven't been able to do in 25 + years. Thank you to everyone who assisted in my surgery and recovery. Val Creamer
