Slater Family Dental

I have been a patient at this office for sometime and was happy with my overall experience, the ladies that work there are very nice. Dr Slater convinced me to put a veneer over a healthy tooth, alongside other work I was getting done, a decision I will regret for the rest of my life. The dental lab used by this office did an absolute awful job. The shade and the shape of the veneer did not match my smile at all, was very poorly made, and does not look natural. Dr Slater agreed to redo, but the second one was just as bad, the lab person didn't listen to any of my concerns or feedback at all. This entire situation caused me a great deal of anxiety, but most importantly I lost all confidence in my smile. I really wish this had a different outcome, because I liked this office but will not go back.

I don't feel like going to the dentist when I have an appointment with Jay Slater, it feels more like a quarterly visit with family. He is an excellent dentist and has done a lot of work for me! His office staff, his wife included, is always super friendly and does take the time to have a little chat. His assistants and dental hygienists are very professional and I know the work they do will be very good! thanks!

I’ve been going to Slater Family Dental for a couple years now, and each visit is easy. My appointments are on time, the hygienists are good at what they do and the dentists are nice and thorough. I had a slight problem with a bridge and the dentist and I talked about it. Since it was just a cosmetic change and the bridge is in the back, nothing needed to be done. I appreciate he didn’t advocate for changing out a perfectly good working bridge.

Had to go in to get some fillings, I am always a bit nervous for anything other than dental cleanings. But I love this office and all of the staff they are so fun, kind, professional, and accommodating. They definitely care about all of their patients on a personal level as well. It’s always a good time when I go in for cleanings or other procedures. My whole family comes here and if your looking for a great dental place this is definitely the office for you!!
