Simply Dental

I just had the most amazing experience at this dental office. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Jenny! Thank you so much Dr. Carter! Sorry for the trouble with that one difficult wisdom tooth. :)

Very happy with Dr. Carter and his team. The dental assistants are amazing! They care, they listen, and they understand if people are on a budget. The will give advise based on that. Then, there is Dr. Carter, what an amazing person he is! Definitely one of the few doctors that has kept his humanity and sees his patients as people and not just a number. I'll continue to visit the office and will bring my family to get their dental needs taken care of.

Went in today for a broken tooth and I’m also 33 weeks pregnant. They followed all the guidelines from my OBs office & had me in and out fairly quickly and was able to fit me into their schedule quickly as well. Everyone was very kind and work efficiently as a team. Highly recommend.

Update: right after my post I got a personal call from Dr. Carter, who took the time to to call and learn about my experience. Completely understood my concern offered to make changes. So I’m updating my stars. Original post: Dentist and the actual medical staff are amazing but somehow the front desk people kills the amazing work done on the backend. front desk has no sense of customer support, they don’t aim to deliver excellence. They are unable to sympathize or make it right for the patient/customer.

I absolutely adore Dr. Carter and the entire staff at simply dental! When I first came to them I have had horrible experiences with other dentist and I had stayed away from regular check ups for years as a result. Dr. Carter was so kind and patient with me. He simply told me that I was in good hands and that they would promise to be gentle and make me feel comfortable. They definitely lived up to their promise! They did not only my cleaning but they also did some cosmetic bonding that looks so good no one can even tell it isn't my natural teeth!! I eventually ended up bringing my daughter to see Dr. Carter and again was blown away at his kindness and the professionalism of his staff. Not only are they very good at what they do but they make you feel so warm and welcome that you forget you're even at the dentist. I've never met a dental office like them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially those that have had bad experiences another dental offices. They are very warm, welcoming, no judgment team!!!!!
