I have never had such a good experience at a dental office ever in my life. I will be coming here indefinitely. My sister raved about this place and I thought she was pulling my leg (she was not). Full disclosure: I’m an incredibly anxious person and with the thoughtful care of the whole team( from the front desk to the actual exam) I left with a smile on my face and my nerves at ease. Shout out to Cali or Cally ( sorry if I butcher your name) who was incredibly attentive to my needs and was just an overall sweet person.

Dr. Kim and the team is the best dentist ever. She is very responsible to patients and meticulous in treatments. Thru the past few years, Dr. Kim has helped to improve my oral condition by a lot, which I’ve used to struggle with before seeing her.

My hygienist Bay (sp?) was great. Very attentive to my experience. I could tell she enjoyed her work and wanted to do the best job for me. And Dr Kim was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. I knew I was in good hands.

I have been going to this office for a long time for cleanings. The hygienists seem to turn over frequently, and the last visit Dr. Kim actually cleaned my teeth herself (and did an amazing job). My usual fluoride treatment was not applied - which was fine - the appointment had run long. When the front office staff asked me how I wanted to pay for the fluoride I told them that I had not had it applied that time. The they started billing me for it. Eventually I just paid the bill to avoid credit issues - and it wasn't a lot of money. But of course it rankles to pay for services not received. I had generally good service at this office but may look for a more convenient alternative.

I have been going to Simply Dental for about ten years. Staff is super nice! In and out with easy access and parking any time of day. Definitely recommended!
