My First Impression At Silver Mountain Dental Was A Great Impression. The Staff Was Very Precise And All My Records Were Accessed Immediately. The Doctor Conference Was Exceptional And Their Initial Treatment And Imaging Was Superb. I Anxiously Await The Next Session...

My experience at Silver Mountain Dental was amazing. The whole staff was great. Ivan, the dental assistant (in training to be a hygienist if I remember correctly) was exceptional! I went in for a routine visit, planning to tell them about my wisdom teeth pain and ended up having 2 teeth extracted that day. I didn’t expect to have the work done that same day, so I had my almost 2 year old son with me. Not only did Ivan make sure I was comfortable but he attended to my son as well (like he had 5 kids of his own.) When in reality he was a young man with no kids. The epitome of going above and beyond! The doctor made the extraction process swift & painless. Oh & I’m pregnant. So Ivan & the other staff took extra precaution to make sure everything went safe and smooth! I’ve never had a better experience at the dentist. I just moved to Las Vegas and this was my first visit. Definitely will be coming back for all of my follow up work. Thank you so much to Ivan, to the Doctor, and to the rest of team!

Dr. Betty was wonderful. She’s super friendly and willing to help me. Dr Lange is also very good. He is gentle and he takes his time to not mess up. Front office is very nice as well and they all remember you.

My husband had a dental appointment at this very location. We arrived and soon after my husband . was taken back for the exam and in that time both receptionist where being and making disrespectful comments about my children and even suggested that my husband doesn't bring them the following Time. Then they continue to make rude comments. My husband went back for treatment of a tooth that was hurting him and then not only did the Dr take a long time to see him to top it the dentist is young and refused the treatment that my husband needed and claim that my husband needs their so called deep cleaning as a means to refuse service honestly I don't recommend this place at all period. This place needs professional receptionist. Whom are mindful of families period.

I went today and I was there for greater than two hours for the doctor to refuse service to me based on what I need. after taking a long time the doc eventually got to me only to tell me i needed a deep cleaning when all i needed was a filling then to top it the two receptionist where disrespecting my five children and my wife. Needless to say im questioning if i should return or go else where they where highly unprofessional and rude.

It’s the best dental visit I ever got. They don’t bull shit and make you come back multiple times, they try to do as much as they can to make your time valuable. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was there less than 45 minutes on my first visit including the xray and cleaning .

Entire staff went above and beyond. I had to have what was left of my teeth pulled due to health issues. When it was the day to pull them, they explained what was going on and stopped if I had to just catch my breath. It took a little longer than expected but made me feel at ease. Had to have sutures as the 3 week check up I had fragments (common) and most recent visit was the impressions for the dentures. I highly recommend them. They treat you like a person, not as a $$ sign. Oct 2024. Had to go in for a reline. Awesome. They fit so much better
