Silver Creek Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry

I won't recommend using this Service as I was informed that they aim for the highest amount to be billed over the phone. I was told I had to pay 1,500 same day appointment. I pay an arm & leg for insurance so I know this quote was way off. I'll go somewhere reasonable.

I lost a crown. My regular dentist did not have any appointments open for two months. Silver Creek worked me in within two weeks. The staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. The office and facility is immaculate. Dr. Gundersen and his staff are personable, and made my experience as painless as possible. Dr. Gundersen's quality of work is outstanding! My new crown is perfect! I highly recommend this dentist and his wonderful staff.

My husband has had a great experience with Silver Creek Dentistry. The Doc and all his workers are the BEST, from the girls up front to the techs in the back. Top Notch Staff. They always make you feel like you are the most important patient. My husband has always been uncomfortable With dental appointment but now he has no problems going to see the folks at Silver Creek. Julia is excellent. She always shares current research findings related to oral hygiene. It's encouraging to know that your hygienist is truly invested in your total health. Dr.Daphne was great today! I'm glad she chose Butte.

Silver Creek Dentistry was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful getting an appointment scheduled. Once I had my appointment, the dentist was informative and attentive to my needs. Overall a wonderful experience!

Everything seemed fine, except for a little snootyness from the actual dentists there. Anyways when I went in to try my dentures in wax fitting, before they sent dentures of to be finalized. When I tried the wax fittings on it actually hurt because there was a bump in the wax that caused me some pain while trying them out. I told the dentist this and he just shrugged me off, So now when I wear my dentures I feel this little bump which hurts alot. So now because the doctor didn't listen to me I have to live with this pain when I eat my dentures to just eat, and then take them right out because of the incompetent of the dentist. This actually happens about a year and a half ago. When I called and told them about the recurring situation they sloppy told me my insurance wouldn't allow me to get them fixed. How about this, maybe if you dentist's at silvercreek dental would listen then there wouldn't be disgruntled customers. Also I found out through a message from an employee at silvercreek that because I was on Medicaid insurance, that I'm not considered as priority, so they just treated me like cattle,, in and out... THANK YOU SO MUCH SILVERCREEK, NOW I STILL GOTTA WAIT FOR ANOTHER 8 YEARS TO GET MY DENTURES WORKED ON AND FIX THEM THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE.

I'm 73 yrs old and had to have 2 teeth pulled. The staff beginning with the service desk, was exceptional. The dental assistant and the dentist were all top notch. They made a scary visit less scary. Thank you.
