I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Silva and her incredible team. The courtesy of her staff is unparalleled, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout aspects of Dr. Silva's practice is the efficient and well-managed scheduling. I've never experienced a long wait in the lobby, a testament to their commitment to respecting patients' time. Dr. Silva's conservative approach to care is another reason why I wholeheartedly recommend her. She carefully assesses each case, offering solutions that are effective while being mindful of the individual's unique needs. This approach not only ensures excellent results but also demonstrates a commitment to patient well-being. What truly sets Dr. Silva apart is her wonderful bedside manner. I went to Dr. Silva for Invisalign. I am very happy with my results and highly recommend everyone of all ages to go see Dr.Silva and her wonderful staff for their orthodontic needs. She is so nice. I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Silva and her amazing team. I just completed my Invisalign, took about 20-months total. I initially just wanted my 2 front teeth aligned, but Dr. Silva fixed my entire jaw. The office is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Veronica, one of the assistants, always went out of her way to ensure they got me in and out as quickly as they could, without feeling rushed. They all remember the smallest details of my care. Dr. Silva is a perfectionist, the length of my Invisalign was a little longer than anticipated because she wanted to ensure I ended up with the best results. I owe them all for the amazingly straight smile I now have. Without any hesitation, I would refer this place to anyone who needs orthodontic care.
Quick update: I called and made an appointment for a follow- up and I want to publicly give Dr. Silva major respect for confronting me about my negative review 5 months ago. I told her during our conversation and I want to reiterate again on here, she is a GREAT orthodontist. The main problem the office has is their lack of communication. I went in today and the staff made a few rude comments about not bringing my retainer in with me, despite never being told I was supposed to… This is just further evidence that they lack in communicating with patients. I really don’t like writing bad reviews but I feel like potential customers need to know what to expect. Dr Silva is well trained and she’s an excellent orthodontist, the problem is with time management and communicating with patients. Last time I went to the office to pick up my 3 piece retainer set. They called me and told me your retainers are ready but when I got there, only two were made! I just don’t get it. How can you call the patient and tell them that their items are ready, when they aren’t. Don’t you guys check before calling the patient to come pick up their items? While I was talking to her about my retainers, she told me “hey I got a lot of patients, I have to get going”. This offended me because I’m officially still a patient, I paid thousands of dollars to receive a service from her and she just rushes things because she has overbooked her office with patients! Not valuing your customers will eventually hurt any business.
