I have been struggling with many teeth problems since I was a teenager. As the issues escalated through the years, I had to find a permanent solution to not only improve my oral health but also to be more confident. After visiting numerous dental offices and getting estimates on treatment plans, some that would take over two years and cost over $70,000, I found Dr. Shah.I knew this would be a different experience from my first contact with the office. Everyone was friendly and kind on both email and the phone. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns and fears before scheduling me to come in. Then, the real awakening happened. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by a smiling staff who was prepared for my visit. Upbeat music was playing throughout the office. The technician who guided me through the initial x-rays took the time to introduce me to office staff along the hallways, and every person stopped to say hello, always smiling. As we passed, they showed me the in-house lab and a friendly wave from the technician there greeted me. Everyone in this office has a bounce in their step and is invested in getting to know the patient and taking their time to answer questions without ever feeling rushed or getting a look like something you asked was stupid. This was unique and put me at ease.After the x-rays, I was greeted by Dr. Shah in his office. He is the most relaxed and friendliest doctor you will ever meet. He took the time to explain what he saw as the best treatment plan, explained why, and even showed me some examples of others in a similar situation. The technology in this office made it straightforward for me to see and understand the path forward. Dr. Shah was never rushed as he spoke to me and addressed my worries and concerns in the friendliest and warmest way possible. He never moved to get me to sign anything or agree to a plan, nor did his staff bombard me with calls after my visit to pressure me to schedule the procedure. I got information on financing and a friendly and candid discussion with the office manager about how to move forward. It did take me some time to get my finances in order, but I was never once pressured by anyone to schedule the procedure.On the day of my procedure, few words describe how amazing this office was. With upbeat music playing in the background, everyone took the time to ensure I was comfortable and knew what was happening and when. There was so much laughter and joy in the office that I quickly forgot I was there to have a major procedure. When I went into surgery, I was so relaxed and joking with the office staff and anesthesiologist that I don’t even remember anything but that feeling of knowing I was being well taken care of and that this was going to be positively life-changing for the better.The surgery was easy, as promised. The recovery is slow but also easy. I cannot wait to get my permanent teeth and be freed from years of pain and embarrassment. During this time, the office and Dr. Shah continue to take the best care of me. I do not fear asking questions, feeling embarrassed, or worrying about what comes next, as I know they continue to support me and care for me with the highest standards possible.If you are considering a significant procedure or need basic dental care, do not hesitate to contact Dr. Shah. I genuinely wish I had discovered the doctor and this office years ago, as I likely would not have let my situation worsen. Undoubtedly, you will be well taken care of and experience the sheer joy of being in a dental office with people who care about you and will only provide you with the best care possible. You will certainly get all the information you need to make informed decisions about your care, and you will not be pressured or harassed by phone calls, texts, or emails following up on your initial visit. This IS the place to go, and Dr. Shah’s dental practice should be a model for other offices to follow as they have taken dental care to a new level of comfort, both in procedure and human interaction.
