Love Dr B her work is amazing, came in because an older root canal from a previous dentist had failed and was broken off as well as needing a root canal on another tooth. I was so annoyed by having a noticeable gap and she got me all fixed up!! 10/10 recommend very thorough & good work!

The only reason I came is because they accept Passport Medicaid. Ive been trying to find an alternative, but haven't found one. My regular cleaning appointment was 3pm. I waited 40 mins in the empty waiting room. I was called back at 3:40 and have been sitting for 20 minutes. No one touched my teeth until after 4:00. When I first came back, I was told that my x-rays would be updated... But when I made the appointment, I told them that I'm pregnant and only needed a cleaning. So I had to say, "No, I'm not getting x-rays, I'm pregnant." So I guess it wasn't in my file, which is a bit concerning. I definitely want to find a better option that takes Medicaid Passport, because the unprofessional wait time has been an issue since the time I started coming. When I first started coming as a patient a couple years ago, the wait time was always an issue, particularly for taking time off work. Up to 2.5 hours for just a cleaning appointment at times. It's 4:30 now and I'm finally done with the cleaning. No one has been unkind, but there have been other information issues and lack of communication from the billing department over the last year. Just writing this to warn people about the extended wait time that is the norm here, and communication weaknesses, especially if you're working and taking time off for an appointment. It seemed like the techs were stressed and shortstaffed.

please dont go here! i got 5 fillings and all of them feel terrible after 4 months of having the fillings my teeth still hurt if i chew anything hard on them. i felt something wrong the week after the fillings and they just told me its normal sensitivity but the “sensitivity” is still here four months later. ive seen another review from someone else and he said a year later he cant chew anything hard on his fillings either so it looks like my teeth have no hope of getting better on their own. once again PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR FILLINGS

I live in a county that has multiple dental offices, and I make an hour drive simply because of the hospitality and how the doctor here doesn’t rush her work. Signature Smiles is worth any drive:)

Dr. ARLENE BALUYUT is just really a great professional and a wonderful human being. She booked me when no one else was receiving me in a real time of need and she fixed all my dental problems, with a minimum amount of pain and did real work of art on each of the works that she performed for me.
