They fixed a botched root canal. They did an amazing job, great follow up and customer service in general.

I have had major dental work done in the last two months and the last piece to the puzzle was my root canal. I was a mess, I was so nervous. Everyone can tell you horror stories of root canals. Not Shoreline! They are amazing! You can tell they are experts in the field! So kind, understanding, informative and I didn't feel a thing. If you are nervous to take care of your dental health just know you are in amazing hands here! I have had more work done and more Novocain shots in the last two months then I would like to admit. I literally did not feel a thing and wasn't numbed up for hours after. I got in fairly quick and Dr. Goebel was amazing, gentle and so informative.

I had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend getting a root canal or any other service here. The doctor was rough and did not care at all that I was in pain and crying the entirety of the visit. Did not even acknowledge it. He did not numb the inside of my mouth before he injected me with novocaine and didn’t even warn me he was going in with it before he did. The roof of my mouth was bruised and sore from where I received it. I have never experienced this. He didn’t explain a single thing that he was doing in an attempt to make me feel better or just for my own knowledge. He was gossiping about a coworker to the hygienist during the procedure while I cried. I ended up with a big infection in my mouth the very next day. I went to see another office and they told me I needed stronger antibiotics and pain medication to correct what he had done. I have never written a review in my life, but the experience was so bad, I don’t want anyone else to have the same one. Do your research before you get a root canal. I wish I had. My new doctor is absolutely lovely. She explained everything that was happening and even that the tooth that had been worked on had a crack in it which he did not care to tell me. As a mother of two, I would rather have had another c-section than get a root canal at this office.

Recent tooth pain and a referral led me to Shoreline Endodontics. My nervousness was quickly put to rest by Dr. Goebel and his team. Everyone was professional, friendly and caring. My experience with this root canal was painless and quick. Dr Goebel said - "If it hurts, I am not doing my job". The facility and equipment are state of the art. Also, the dental chair is very comfortable ? Thank you - Job well done and much appreciated !!!
