Where to begin...let's start with overall experience. The moment we stepped foot in the door, we were greeted by the most welcoming staff. We were given a quick tour of the lobby and encouraged to head upstairs for all the arcade and video games. This was the only time that I wished our wait time was a little longer...within 5 minutes of checking in, a nurse came to call us in. Once both my boys (yes, they were able to fit simultaneous apportionments for both my kids!), found their seats, they forgot they were at a dentist as they put on their sunglasses (provided by the dentist during cleaning), laid back and enjoyed a movie that was playing right above them while they got their teeth checked/cleaned. The dentists and nurses were AMAZING with both my boys (8 and 6) and made my boys feel so comfortable, safe and special. At the end of the visit, they were each able to choose a prize or a token for the claw machine to win a ball. As we walked back to the car, my younger son, who hates going to the dentist, asked, "Can we come here everyday?" So to sum it all up, it was one of the best dentist experiences we've had, and we are truly so grateful that a place like Shine Pediatric Dentistry exists.

This Pediatric Dentistry was truly amazing with our 18 month old daughter. We worked with Dr. Bobby and his assistant - both were very patient, thorough and welcoming. Our daughter was a bit anxious since this was a new environment she has never been to, so Dr. Bobby informed us that if she was still uneasy during her third visit, we could bring her into the office to build a rapport with him and his staff; regardless if dental work or check-ups were needed. I highly recommend this Pediatric Dentistry. Thank you everyone, we look forward to seeing you in the near future for our daughter's dental needs.

Everyone who works there is a delight and very professional. My toddler has never had any trouble with visits as they ensure he is comfortable the whole time. Not to mention there are so many fun activities for kiddos to do in the lobby. I wish my childhood dentist was this fun! And the cherry on top is a clear love for Jesus in their workplace. Couldn’t recommend more.

My children have gone to this office for years now and we absolutely love it! They treat everyone with the upmost respect and really care about making the kids experience pleasant. Recently my father passed away and everyone signed a card for my family. I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and I just wanted to tell you all how much we appreciate everyone at Shine!

Just let them know your child’s preferred accommodations, and they’ll tailor their care to meet those needs. The general waiting area is designed with joy in mind, featuring a slide and an arcade to keep kids entertained and relaxed. And for those who need it, there are thoughtful touches like bubbles for visual stimming and emotional regulation! ??
