As far as I am concern. Dr. Shimizu is the best dentist on Oahu. From the start, front desk staffs are the friendliest. They greet with a smile, paperwork all ready to go and they do all the necessary research for all the dental care you are eligible for, very honest. And once you get in the exam room, Dr. Shimizu is cool and laid back. As the local say he "talks story" with you. All the while, he is done with the exam. You are in and out, he does not keep you waiting for hours because he is over loaded with other patients. Great dental office. Highly recommended!

I accidentally pulled my crown out and was treated here recently. I got a appointment literally the next day, they were understanding about emergency and we're extremely friendly! I got lost on the address and called their receptionist , she gave me step by step instructions on how to arrive right at their door. I have never had a good experience with a dentist that i didnt come out in pain or needed to wait more than 6 hours in the waiting room. I was in and out in less than in hour (with x rays included) Thank you so much for your patience and friendliness .
