Shawnee Christian Healthcare - Dental

This place is a joke. They did an improper filling for my wife. Would not even look at it when she was there for a tooth extraction. During said tooth extraction, procedure lasted more than an hour. Traumatic and agonizing. No Gas available. Extreme pain after the fact. Prescribed Tylenol and ibuprofen. Didn’t touch it. Called to speak to Dr./Dentist. Promised a call back. Never got one. If this place is Christian ran/owned, compassion is nonexistent. So many bad experiences in just 2 years time. A serious infuriating joke.

Amazing dental office. I had a abscess and they got me in the same day. Dentist explained everything and then two amazing dental students extracted my tooth so gently. Lance the assistant was amazing, they are very funny and calming. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment instead of being afraid. Thank you!

Nobody answers the phone, they have an automatic message saying “there is one caller ahead of you” then “thank you for calling Shawnee healthcare, please hold”…. Can’t get through to make an appointment. How convenient.

This was my first visit back since 2016 the staff were nice and professional. From the nice lady sitting at the window that welcomes you with a big smile to the person that called me back and took my xray. Once the dentist came back he explained very clearly what I needed done. Everything in the building was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend people coming here.

Have never been able to set up an appointment let alone speak to anyone to see if they are accepting new patients everytime I call I get the thanks for calling Shawnee Christian Healthcare and please hold but no one ever comes back to the line I've been left on hold for 15 or more minutes or until I hang up cause no one comes back to the line to help anyone.... have been calling for months with the same result no answer

I had previously had a bad experience with a different dentist. When I went in I shared with them about my anxiety my previous bad experience with a different dentist and was very up front with them about medications because I am in recovery. I mentioned that I should have brought my earbuds to play some music so John put on some music. He was very comforting and sang along with the music. How many people can say they got serenaded by their dentist. It put me at ease I was very comfortable the procedure went very well I was so pleased with my experience
