Sharpsburg Dental Care

So far this has been the best dentist office I’ve been to in the area. The employees all seem like they love their jobs and are a pleasure to be around! Best part is that the work I have had done was painless. Also have had to have my kids with me during some appointments and staff was very nice and helpful.

Sharpsburg Dental Care was a phenomenal experience from start to end. Greetings full of big vibrant smiles and eyes gleaming with empathy and confidence is found within every square centimeter between these four brick walls. Every staff member that I had the pleasure of interacting with compounded the confidence that I find myself lacking at other dental practices. The confidence that places my mind at ease from its usual cocktail of far-fetch "what if's" that could go wrong that we all too frequent catch ourselves traversing when in these unfamiliar places. The common areas were unsullied and the air crisp throughout ever room. The technology invested and the staff well versed in a common goal, transparency. I was introduced to a machine available there that scanned and produced a beautiful 3D model of my teeth. My hygienist explained that yes although this is for their internal use, its goal is to assist in providing a visual for their patients as well to help educate on the results of good/bad oral hygiene. Pricing was clearly outline as to what is being charged, what is covered by my insurance, and what will be out of pocket delivered by a very patient front desk whose mannerism did not signal any sense of pressure towards me. Every question was politely answered as I read through every line item billed. My assessment and dental plan lined up nearly identical to my previous 2 dentists and periodontist's recommendations without any prior dental history being disclosed. From A to Z an undeniable 11/10, 5 star experience!

Every aspect of the practice is so organized so that you do not have down time waiting to be seen. Everyone I encountered from office staff to hygienist to the dentist explained everything they were doing and asked if I had questions. Very knowledgeable and nice staff. Enjoyed my first time experience.

I had changed my dental care to Sharpsburg Dental for routine cleaning. i always go every 6 months.The dental hygienist came in and said they are going to do a plan of care. Then she wanted to change my appt to do a deep cleaning, which I never had. Then was going to charge me a consult fee which my ins pays. I told them I was just wanting the routine cleaning and was denied, said if I didn't do the deep cleaning then they would not clean my teeth. Very Very disappointed in my care. I will not be going back. I disagreed with their plan.

On time, professionals at the front desk were amazing and worked together very well. Sherina took care of my daughter as if she was hers. Thank you so much for your over the top customer service from the time we arrived to the time we left. I will tell everyone I know about the care we received on the date we were serviced. Keep up the good work!!
