I have visited so many dentist offices and I can honestly say that Setter Periodontics is very unique for many reasons. The minute one enters to this office one notices how beautiful and relaxing it is, with calm and relaxing background music selected for the patient and not for the staff, necessarily, as most offices do. Then, Dr. Setter’s style was very calm and he listened to everything I was explaining as his assistant was continuously taking notes. The exam was very exhaustive and detailed. I loved that he was very careful using the instruments not to make me uncomfortable. There are many dentists that are, plain ad simple, incredibly brusque as if they were making scramble eggs in my mouth. Dr. Setter then explained in detail what my situation was and did not tried to sell me extra work that I don’t need. Done! I love it!

I have been a long time patient of Setter Periodontics and have had nothing but excellent care over the many years. Recently my appointments have been for regular teeth cleaning, through the expertise of Ms.Tia, after Dr Setter performed surgeries on my gums. The front desk, Lisa and Bobby, are always courteous and helpful, and Dr. Setter has been available for the comprehensive discussion of the general options open to me as I consider replacing missing teeth. I highly recommend Setter Periodontics.

I had a lot of anxiety about gum graft surgery. It sounded scary and painful. In actuality, it was neither! Dr. Setter allayed my fears and explained the process and his approach. He and his team are very friendly, helpful, and expert in this field. The surgery went smoothly and quickly, and I recovered right on schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. And if I need another graft in the future, I will definitely visit Dr. Setter.

Dr. Setter and his staff were very helpful and made my dental implant experience nearly painless and easy. They explained every detail as we went along, always checking to be sure I was comfortable , not in pain, etc. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this speciality dental service. They are kind and knowledgeable.

I have had a lot of dental work done and most of it was unpleasant. So when learning I needed an extraction and implant I was less than thrilled. I am so happy my dentist referred me to Dr Setter. He and his entire staff made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. Both the extraction and implant were almost pain free (I mean, let’s be real - all dental procedures will have some level of discomfort). I had zero complications/issues and everyone was transparent. Additionally, Bobbi is amazing. She and the office allowed to me work out a payment plan and even let me start making payments after a very expensive event (my wedding!).
