Serenity Orthodontics - Cumming Bond

A simple Google search led me to Serenity Orthodontics. From the first phone call, Christian greeted me with all smiles on the phone. She was so sweet and kind..really started off with a great first impression. :) The day before our consult, Melissa, the patient coordinator, gave me a call to answer any questions and review the appointment. She was so warm and friendly that I was looking forward to coming and meeting the office in person! That extra touch of calling before the appointment exemplified their dedication to patient care. When we came in for our consult, every staff member had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. Dr. Podray was quick and efficient, without making us feel rushed at all! She engaged my almost 13yo son with great questions and really built rapport with him. The prices for braces were very reasonable and they even offered a payment plan for those who need it. The office also offers same-day service so after the consult, we got the braces put on less than an hour. When a 13yo boy leaves a doctors office saying how nice everyone was and that he’s looking forward to coming back, that says everything. 10/10 recommend Serenity Orthodontics and all the staff members there!

Today was my second child’s start with Serenity. We love Dr. Podray! She’s the best! Everyone in the office is so nice. It’s always a great experience!!
