I can't say enough good things about Senestraro Family Orthodontics! They have been incredible with my son, who is on the autism spectrum. The entire staff has been so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. From the first consultation, they took the time to explain everything in a way that made him feel comfortable and at ease. They’ve worked with us through every step, always accommodating his needs and adjusting their approach to make each visit a positive experience. The level of care, attention, and compassion they've shown is beyond what I ever expected. It's such a relief to know my son is in the hands of professionals who genuinely care about him, not just as a patient, but as a person. If you're looking for an orthodontist who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Senestraro Family Orthodontics!

My son Evan had braces at Senestraro. The staff was timely, friendly and kind. His teeth look amazing and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them!

Senestraro Orthodontics came highly recommended to us. My husband brought our daughter for a consultation and was happy with the experience. I brought her back to finalize our plan for her braces. We did not meet with Dr. Senestraro this time. The dentist we saw was great about sharing the plan for care and answering questions. I didn’t love how tightly we were packed in or all the candy and prizes but that seems to be part of the world of orthodontic care. I was told several times that we would be meeting with the office manager to go over financial information. We were sent to the waiting area and were told we’d be called into the office. After waiting for quite a long time (20 min?), I heard one of the front desk people ask another patient if she was my daughter and checking out. I went up to ask what was happening and they told us that we’d get an email from another person and could leave. “Usually within 15 minutes”. That seemed an odd and unsettling way to go about signing a contact for thousands of dollars of work. I still haven’t received that email and it made me feel awkward to wait there for so long. Also while waiting, I believe I overheard Dr. Senestraro saying he would t be back at that location for a month. We are going to explore other options for care.

Great atmosphere and very caring. Process of getting braces was smooth. Dr. Seth and his staff are all very welcoming. His staff got back with me on any questions I had very timely. Our daughter was made to feel comfortable and exciting about getting braces.

My daughter was so excited about getting braces, I was worried about the financial burden. The moment we entered the office we were greeted with the most kind and genuine smiles. The entire staff is down to earth, friendly and amazing at what they do. This place is set up for a worry free and fun experience. As I sat waiting for my daughter to finish with getting her braces on, a very sweet therapy dog came and sat with me. What could be any better than being comfortable AND loving on an adorable French Bulldog?! I have only experienced this level of customer service and attention at one other business, and that is at our dentist. I wish every business had this type of vibe. We felt like family from the first step in the door. Back to the financial burden...they offer interest free payment plans at what you can afford. I mean, this really can't get any better! After care was communicated well, with literature as well as online information. I seriously cannot say enough great things about this office.

We have 2 children who go to Senestraro and it has been a great experience. It's very easy to make appointments and get in as needed. We also love that it's in our neighborhood. And Dr Seth's adorable Frenchie pup Kyle helps, too!
