Secure Dental—Lake Station

My experience at Secure Dental was great. I was immediately greeted with smiling faces at the front desk, followed by the sweetest Dental Assistant, Angela, who made it her business to make sure I was comfortable and provided clear instructions before and after the procedure. She also encouraged me and held my hand throughout the process. Dr. Roo was very personable. He listened to my problems and was very gentle and kind. It's very obvious that he loves his job and truly cares about the people under his care. I look forward to continuing my dental care at Secure Dental.

The dental assistant Angela was absolutely the sweetest and made sure that I wasn't nervous. You can tell she loves what she does! The dentist was really nice too, when my mouth wasn't numb enough for extraction and I felt discomfort he had no problem giving me another shot. I definitely plan on making Secure Dental, my dental home!

They took care of the problem by doing a root canal the very first visit at the Lake Station location. He is thorough, meticulous, and adds more numbing as he goes to be sure you are not in pain. I thought my tooth was a loss but he built it back! The dental tech is fabulous and has a soothing , calming voice as she explains what's next and is extremely gentle when taking X-rays. They have a very serene and clean environment. I will be going back, I'm no longer scared of going! Thank you for being soo amazing!

My son is under 3 and has seen Dr. Roo for 2 extractions. He is extremely patient and very understanding. I love the staff at the lake station shop. They treat you like family. Although the wait is a little too long, the service makes up for it.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Secure Dental to my friends and family. Dr Hope was very informative and helped me understand my situation. Thank you very much.
