Schiff Dental Clinic

I'm very thankful for this office. They stepped up for an emergency dental issue when no other clinic in the area would. Special thanks to Mike for answering the call and Dr. Singh for counseling over the phone. Although I don't know the names of everyone involved, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team. Incredible people doing incredible work. In a world where compassion is often hard to find, I'm happy to report this office is an exception. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

I was nervous at first coming to this dentist clinic after seeing all the bad reviews but today I had to go for back teeth extractions the oral surgeon and his assistant I didn't catch names was phenomenal. I didn't have an appointment I came with an er referral and I waited a few hours it was worth it. The Lady who took my x-rays was cool too. But I didn't feel pain they had small talks I laugh a lil he let me know what to do after the procedure. Thank you so much Schiff Dental Clinic. Really appreciate you guys today. ????

After waiting 1 1/2 downstairs, finally I get to go upstairs and the lady that states that no one can be seen without an appointment or being seen in the emergency room. There should be a better communication system. They should say that downstairs so like that people don’t wait so long. Also there should be numbers distributed so that way people are not just skipping people that been waiting for so long.

They give you a number to make appts but they never pick up. What’s the point of having people at reception if they can’t even schedule appts? Pretty useless I would say. It’s embracing tbh.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I’ve been trying to get an appointment all summer for son. Because he’s no longer a pediatric dental patient, they told me to contact the Broadway location. I’ve been calling, sending emails and leaving messages since May and NO ONE has returned a message. Now the number to the Kossuth Ave/Schiff location is disconnected or no longer in service and there is no updated phone number. What type of clinics do not inform their patients of a changed phone number??? I will be taking my sons medical records and going elsewhere. One star is too much! I would NEVER refer anyone to bring their child here. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
