The goodness starts right when you walk in the front door, the warm greeting from Kathy, the comfortable waiting room, that’s just the start. Kathy’s smile and thoughtful ways made me feel cared for right from the start. I met Diana, the dental assistant, who took me to the room, and what a room! Open layout, well placed plants, comfortable chair, and then here comes Dr. Hardenbergh to introduce himself! I’ve had a lot of dental work done, so I’m was bit anxious about finding a new dentist, but this practice is THE ONE. Diana has such a gentle manner and was so careful maneuvering around my mouth, and I felt like family 10 minutes in. Lisa, the dental hygienist is also so considerate and careful with her movements, warm water rinses, you can tell the meticulous care she takes in getting all the teeth clean! I had three teeth needing work today, and Dr. Hardenbergh explained the issues and his plan of care. The respect and care that is shown even before I opened my mouth really put me at ease, so by the time I did open my mouth, I was completely comfortable with everything that was happening. Dr. Hardenbergh is a caring and skillful dentist, and he was able to manage an emergent situation with my tooth without breaking a sweat. He was able to rebuild my cracked tooth same day using CEREC technology, it was almost a crown, the tooth was in such bad shape. His attentiveness to my teeth is matched only by his concern for my comfort in the chair and informing me of where we were in the process, what he was doing, his gentle hand around my mouth, etc. Finishing up with Ms Kathy at the front desk, she told me all about the insurance package and financial assistance options. The insurance package is a great option (I don’t have insurance), and it covers two cleanings and a discount on future work for a year. I really can’t say enough about this practice, its wonderful staff, the high quality of work, and all the little caring things they do to accommodate your comfort. I’m definitely bringing my nervous sister here! Thank you to Ms Kathy, Ms Diana, Ms Lisa, and Dr Hardenbergh, I am so grateful to have found you!

I really like them. I have been a patient there since 1974 when it was under Dr. Harry Kiriluk. Dr. Hardenberg and the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. No fears here.

The staff is welcoming and friendly and Dr. Hardenbergh is very proficient and caring. I recently needed to get a last minute appointment and I was accommodated right away. Very happy with this practice!

I am SO grateful to have found Schaumburg Smiles! My crown fell off at the worst possible moment and they were able to fit me in and get me out the door in an hour. Everyone was incredibly kind and happy!! You literally feel better when you leave - now come on, how many dentist offices can you say that about?! Dr Hardenburgh embodies compassion - you can tell this is a "calling" - not just a job. HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental work!!
