Schaack Family Dentistry

I went to here and my initial appointment ok. However, my experience afterwards was inappropriate. My bill came in the mail and didn't specify a due date. I called to pay a few weeks later and was told that there would be a late fee. I inquired since there is no due date, a late fee would be hard to determine and the front desk said "Do you want to pay your bill or not". Completely uninterested in returning due to a lack of professionalism and tact.

I recently started going to Schaack Family Dentistry and was very impressed with their great staff and architecturally awesome building. The staff was very friendly, detail oriented, and thorough. My daughter had a void in her sealant, and instead of ignoring it and letting it be at risk for decay, they removed the void without hesitation. They happily answered all my questions and I felt I understood more about dental health and its importance rather than the typical speech about how you should just brush and floss. I highly recommend Schaack Family Dentistry!

10 stars! I always look forward to my appointments here! the receptionists and aids always take such great care of me. I always used to get so nervous going to the dentist but I don’t anymore, I’m always so comfortable here. Jon & Tara are fun & friendly dentists. :-)

Both Dr. Tara Schaak and her husband Dr. Schaak are wonderful, kind and gentle dentists. Very clean spacious office. My 12 year old son and are are always happy. We recently saw Dr. Yoeman and he was great as well. Brandy and all office staff are quick to scedule and help. Hygienists are thorough, fast and hardworking. I've been going to Schaack Family Dentistry for over 5 years. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always ask about my family and create a very personalized experience. Their new facility is top notch. I recommend Schaack every time someone tells me they're looking for a dentist.
