I am so glad I chose Santo Tomas Dental for my orthodontic care. From my very first consultation, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendly atmosphere. The team made sure l understood every step of the process and answered all of my questions, which helped ease any anxiety I had about getting braces. Throughout my treatment, the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and efficient. They always made sure I was comfortable during each visit, and I never had to wait long for my appointments. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decisions about my oral health. Their prices are also very fair and they offered payment options. This office is very modern and even though it was my first visit i felt as i was their patient for years. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My dad was recommended this location. He went to get his top teeth removed and get implant dentures. Was charged over 10k and he can barely use his upper denture to eat. Was in pain for over 8 months. He was told he was getting one kind of work done and when they “finished “ the job, it was completely different than what he was promised. DO NOT COME HERE. They will take all your money and not care about the work they have done.

I had a fantastic experience at Santo Tomas dental group. The entire team is professional, friendly, and generally cares about their patience or really stood out to me was how knowledgeable the doctors are many of them are professors from UCLA USC, which gave me extra confident in the care I was receiving. They also offered financing options which made it much easier to me to get the treatment without stressing about the cost, the clinics, clean modern and welcoming, and I never felt rushed during my visit. I Got my wisdom teeth removed at this location and the procedure was easy and painless. I'm glad I looked around for a second opinion as the other dentist I had gone through initially was charging me for things I did not need. Dr Viktor was great. updated Review... 4/9/2025 I decided to come here instead of my regular dentist due to the fact that they helped with my wisdom teeth. I've had tooth pain on a filling since February 2025. I had to take time off work 2 times for them to just refer me to a endodontist... This endodontist came into the room after waiting for over an hour and just recommended a root canal and crown based off my xrays. They quoted me $3,000.00 and I was going to go ahead and do the procedure since I was in pain, but I couldn't get it done due to the fact that I had just gotten my wisdom teeth out and couldn't open my mouth wide enough. This saved me as I was able to get a second opinion and I went to a different dentist, they performed tests and the claimed that the root canal was not needed. All the times I came to Santo Tomas for pain I was never helped promptly no one ever touched the tooth, and I'm glad I was not able to open my mouth or else I would've gotten a procedure that was not required. I couldn't get a copy of the signed documents, after requesting cancelation they told me I had to come into the office to cancel in person. I arrived 3/14/25 set up a time to speak with Parissa. When I arrived they had me go into a room and wait some more. I was upset and asked to speak to someone because I felt like I was getting the runaround and didn't want to wait any longer. Art came into the room and assessed the issue, he mentioned I should get a copy of the docs as well as confirmation that it was cancelled by Monday 3/17/25. He also mentioned that he didn't know who I spoke to over the phone because I didn't have to come In Person. Please beware before coming here. I literally saved so much money and time because I physically couldn't get treatment. They waste your time and can't seem to correlate appointments properly. 3 out of 5 times I was put in dirty rooms with used dental equipment and even a bloody mouth pad. As a patient, I felt that they take advantage of those who may not have the knowledge to question certain treatments or recognize when they're being misled. It's unfortunate because, after all, we go to dentists for assistance.
