ALLLLL ABOUT THE MONEY. Was told I needed route canals and when I said I’ve had multiple people confirm that they don’t help ANYTHING, the DENTISTS AGREED yet STILL WANTED TO DO ROUTE CANALS. Why would you do a procedure that you JUST ADMITTED WILL NOT HELP? Simply for money. Then the young male dentist refused to do restorative work on my teeth because IN HIS OPINION, he said he didn’t think I’d take care of my teeth. YET EVEN IF I DIDNT. That is my business AFTER THE PROCEDURE IS DONE. JUST BECAUSE HE “FEELS “ like I won’t SHOULD NOT stop a dentist from working on my teeth ESPECIALLY WHEN IM PAYING CASH OUT OF POCKET. OVERALL DISRESPECTFUL, UNETHICAL YOUNG MALE DENTIST. Loved the rest of the staff and no it’s not because he told me something that was legit. It was because he refused to help me AS A DENTIST just because OF HIS OPINION

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your dental office. Originally scheduled for December 8th, 2023, I received a call to reschedule to January 13th. Despite the inconvenience, I made the effort to drive 40 minutes to your office only to be informed by the receptionist that my insurance is no longer accepted since January 1st. This situation has caused a significant disruption to my work schedule and resulted in wasted time and gas. I believe that, during the confirmation calls made two days prior to my appointment, there should have been a thorough check of my insurance status to avoid such inconveniences. I understand that changes in insurance policies can occur, but proper communication and verification would have saved me from this unnecessary hassle. I hope you can address this issue promptly to ensure better service for your patients in the future.

Did the number change?? Or?? I was told I would get a call back for my child needing braces been trying to call and says number is not in service. Really not looking to drive there just to ask about the referral. Other than that kids and I have been coming here for quite some time now and always great service. The people working here are always nice towards my kids which as a momma thank you for that!

Dr. Sandefer is the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! He and his staff are all super friendly, welcoming and so accommodating; they treat you like family! They got me in right away when I was having severe tooth pain, even amidst the Covid-19 crisis. He was very caring, re-assuring, down to earth, and thorough in explaining all the various issues with my teeth, informative and knowledgeable in coming up with a comprehensive dental treatment plan that would help me to get the highest level of care necessary. He was also honest enough to give me referrals for the my complex jaw joint dysfunction/jaw bone issues as well as the orthodontics necessary to correct my bite and alignment. The two root canals/crowns he did on my teeth came out beautifully; he is truly a perfectionist at what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing professional, top - notch quality dentistry work!!
