As a mother of multiple children, finding a family-friendly dental office can be quite a challenge. However, SandCreek Dental in Idaho Falls has become our favorite dental home! From the moment we walk through the door, we are greeted by a clean, inviting atmosphere that immediately puts us at ease. The friendly staff always welcomes us with smiles, making every visit a pleasant experience. One standout has been the incredible hygienist who cleaned my teeth during my last appointment. Honestly, it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had! She was gentle yet thorough, providing detailed explanations throughout the process, which made it not just effective but surprisingly enjoyable. We also love Dr. Darrington, who is not only a fantastic dentist but also has an amazing sense of humor that resonates beautifully with my teenagers. He knows just how to engage them, making what could be a daunting experience fun and lighthearted. It's refreshing to see my kids leave their appointments feeling confident and relaxed! Overall, SandCreek Dental exceeds expectations in every way. With their friendly environment, exceptional staff, and a dentist who knows how to connect with teens, I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience for my family. Sandcreek Dental was recommended to me by a friend. Let’s just say I ? understand why she loves them! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! Teena was my hygienist and she was so sweet and friendly! And Dr. Sam was so welcoming and took the time to get to know not only me but ask about my family! Seriously the best Dental experience I ever had!!

Dr Craig is amazing. He did a filling and sealant in 38 minutes. No need for anesthesia, and little discomfort. I highly recommend him and his team.

DR Sam, Jennifer, Megan etc This is the best dental office I have been in. The staff takes their time, are gentle, they listen, explain carefully and are very friendly. The dental chairs are so comfortable. I will definitely be going back

I would recommend this office to anyone who is scared of going to the dentist or needs a dentist! The hygienist are amazing and make you feel so comfortable! They are amazing! The dentist "Dr D" is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to!! I have been afraid of dentists my whole life and he made me comfortable with no anxiety what so ever! If you have bad teeth and feel self conscious about yourself, this is where you need to go! They make you feel like family!!!

I went in with a ton of tooth pain. They did absolutely nothing. “Sent” X-rays elsewhere to get a second opinion, and told me they’d shoot me a call about it. Told me I was probably fine and sent me home. Never got a call, and confirmed that X-rays were in fact not sent anywhere. Spent the day in agony. Went to a different office after not hearing anything and right off the bat they found a HUGE abscess. Took care of it on the spot. Overall place had a rich snobby vibe to it. Mood for sure changed when they found out I didn’t have insurance. If you’re well off this office is probably fine. But if you’re a regular Joe with no insurance and some teeth issues, look elsewhere.

I can’t say enough positive about my experience. I am so impressed with the professional and state of the art equipment and techniques and diagnosis. Dr Darrington was kind and respectful and collaborated with me in the treatment plan. Everyone at the office has been responsive to my concerns and helped me to understand different options. I highly recommend them!
