It was really nice. You guys did a CT of my head and took all the good x-rays and I have a copy of it but I need surgery. Root canals. I believe that medical app approved it.

We were in the area on vacation and had a “braces emergency”. Basically a broken wire that was causing pain. I called a dozen orthodontists and none were willing to accommodate. San Bruno Ave Dental Group got us in within the hour and took care of the issue within minutes all at a very reasonable cost despite the emergency appointment. Highly recommend!!!

I don’t know if they are in transition or something but something is off in this office. So I had appointment for cleaning and they called me to remind me that I have appointment the day before. And I took the afternoon off from work and went to the dental office on the next day. As soon as I get there the person on the front desk said “ I don’t know if they told you this on the phone but we are no longer accepting delta dental insurance. So you will be paying out of pocket today and here is the amount you will pay.” I am like who works like this? You guys called me yesterday but no body mentioned any of this information. I took half day off and drive all the way here for nothing. There is no way I will pay the amount she showed me out of pocket. It shows how they are disorganized and don’t communicate with their customers. I was very upset and left without having my teeth cleaned. It was a complete waste of my time. I don’t plan to continue with them. I will look for another dentist. This kind of thing is not acceptable. You need to work and communicate well with your patients. My time is as important as yours.

Went in to have a tooth checked out,that particular tooth has been giving me trouble. Instead of having to come back and other time (living a ways away) they took me in . Had the tooth removed, this is the day after and I have no pain at all. The staff and the doctor were tremendous. Thank you staff
