I called to reschedule, and the next available appointment is for Feb. That is 4 months away. I would understand if they could fit me in within the month, especially since there was no reason for the reschedule.

Nov 08, 2024 · Financier FilesBy far the worst dentist office I have ever visit. The only reason I came here is because I’ve been a patient of Dr. Balda since her time at another practice. However, the experience that I’ve received from this office makes me want to change dentist after so many years. This location changes and deletes appointments all of the time and then does absolutely nothing to accommodate you after their unprofessional actions. Even the bedside manners of the hygienists is completely outrageous it’s so hard to believe you’re in a medical practice. After countless horrible experiences at this office even though I don’t like the idea of leaving Dr.Balda I do feel it’s necessary for a higher quality experience.
