Sage Dental of The Loop

I took my daughter here for her first dental checkup (she's 2 ½) and she had no issues. They were so gentle and kind. They explain everything in a kid friendly way and even let her check her stuff animals teeth at the end- so cute. They made my daughter so comfortable with the process, she didn't want to leave?. Also, just a mom tip, have your child watch a few videos of kids going to the dentist. We even learned a song to sing on the way to the dentist. But even without the prep I did the night before, the staff was extremely kid friendly and gave her a goodie bag she loved. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS MOMENT?

The staff was fantastic. I loved the fact that I didn't have to wait long, the doctor explained everything, the hygienist was great as well. She explained everything to me and a treatment plan that will be good for me. I highly recommend Sage Dental! Thank you so much for your care, and respect of my time.

Money has been real tight lately and I was struggling to afford major treatment on my smile. I was quoted at Aspen dental for $30k for my entire treatment and it honestly floored me. After coming to Sage Dental, their dental plan took that $30k down to $10k. For me, still pricey but Esther at the front desk helped me even further by going through multiple options for financing. She was able to find me a really affordable option and I can't stress enough how thankful I am for that. She was so understanding of my situation and now I can get my treatment started ? Sage Dental really is a great affordable dentist in the area. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical, as I had read some nasty reviews - but I went to Sage Dental today, because they were one of the few who accepted my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was professional and courteous. The facility was spotless! They were extremely thorough and took time to explain each issue with me in a way that I was able to grasp. I tend to think people only leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience (or they’re just not easy to please?), so I thought I’d leave this GOOD REVIEW! I will go back.

I would have given a 5 star, but 1st appointment made was supposed to be with the endo.specialist & told the receptionist this. When I arrived, they made it with the dentist & not the endodontist. We had to reschedule. I had my appointment today & I like this place! I saw the specialist today & she's a 'no bones about it' kind of person. I've had extreme work done on my teeth in the past. My current dentist wanted me to go to an endo specialist for a few reasons. I was sure I'd have a horrible report. It was not horrible today & she was very realistic. I appreciate that very much. I highly recommend this place because they won't try to grab your wallet for no reason.

Just sharing facts. Booked an appointment roughly 1 month ago. Recieved text message yesterday stating that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Original appointment was for today. I called to reschedule, and the next available appointment is for Feb. That is 4 months away. I would understand if they could fit me in within the month, especially since there was no reason for the reschedule.

By far the worst dentist office I have ever visit. The only reason I came here is because I’ve been a patient of Dr. Balda since her time at another practice. However, the experience that I’ve received from this office makes me want to change dentist after so many years. This location changes and deletes appointments all of the time and then does absolutely nothing to accommodate you after their unprofessional actions. Even the bedside manners of the hygienists is completely outrageous it’s so hard to believe you’re in a medical practice. After countless horrible experiences at this office even though I don’t like the idea of leaving Dr.Balda I do feel it’s necessary for a higher quality experience.
