Excellent service and a caring staff! My mom was very hesitant to get a new pair of dentures but the doctor and everyone were extremely patient and accommodating so that it turned out to be a great experience. I appreciate the way that my mom was treated throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Due to my dismal customer service at this location, I’ll never return.  After arriving on time and completing the new patient intake forms handed to me in-office,  the front office representative said they’d have to reschedule me due to the forms not being completed in advance. She admitted it was not a requirement but said the office was under a time crunch that day. She watched me fill the forms out for 15 minutes to cancel me. I was shocked that I asked if I could wait in case another patient was a no-show. Her rude reply was “Ma’am I’m not going to argue with you.”  The interaction was so abysmal, that when I called the Sage appointment line to reschedule, an agent with the New Patient Intake Center was so disturbed that she initiated a complaint on my behalf with their corporate office.  Another former patient said, “If you look carefully at your customer reviews, you will notice a pattern regarding your refusal of services covered by basic insurance.” The message is clear that this location could use more patience, grace, and a healthy dose of patient-centered cultural competency.  Kindness goes far to keep clients.  There is no need to reply with the email of patientfeedback@mysagedental.com; your corporate customer care is already informed.

A robbery agency of Downtown Orlando I am so upset because there is no minus to give this provider a minus not even Zero I went to this office to get some dental work I have insurance, and they did the X-rays and told me I have to do a panoramic X-Rays .. then cancer screening. which was not necessary. Just to empty my wallet. I spoke with them about my insurance coverage, and they said the insurance companies don't know what is needed in the offices Then at the checkout they had my treatment plan with 1 root canal and 4 fillings plus the deep cleaning which I already did 8 months ago but they said you have to do it .. guess what was the cost of those items??? 5000 dollars ... I looked my insurance benefits and told them I am not supposed to pay this much ... they insisted ......... I called 2 days after requesting my images to be sent to a different provider so I can take another opinion they didn't send anything, and I had to call three times to get the images sent to my personal email ...... please continue reading if you don't want to be scammed I made an appointment with Bright now with the same insurance and they took good care of me ... I had 3 root canals and 6 more crowns plus 5 fillings and the total cost with my insurance was 4000 dollars... imagine how those thieves at Sage rob people??? 1 root canal was costing me 1200 dollars and the crown costing me 900 dollars ... I did the same thing with the same insurance at Bright now for 190 dollars for the root canal and 350 for the crown ... plus 240 dollars lab fees and delivery which made the root canal and the crown all together 790 dollars This location is a downtown robbery ....they charged me for the X-rays which was covered under my plan ... they insisted that I need a deep cleaning which I did less than 8 months ago... they take advantage over our pain and not knowing what is needed ... they will rob the insurance and scam you please think a thousand times before using Sage dental and a million times before using Sage downtown Orlando I will make sure to tell my story to every person I know to stop this scam

Dr.Dib is an amazing dentist. He is very patient and takes the time to understand your issue, a very kind person. The staff here is also amazing and does such a great job at communicating with you. Would absolutely recommend coming to this location for your next check-up.

5/28/2024 was the 1st day of my dental experience. The office was close enough for me to walk to it. There is no specific area for parking, just "feed the meter" parking. The office staff is professional and caring. No work could be done this morning because one tooth was infected again and I have to take 7 days of antibiotics. I was informed on every step that would be taken. I am appreciative of the explanations. I just wish there was area parking.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. You go with your dental insurance, and they want to charge you nearly $300 for a cleaning that’s clearly covered by insurance. That’s the whole point of paying for dental insurance—to get two cleanings a year. They responded by saying they do a “deep cleaning,” which I DID NOT NEED. I explained that I only wanted the regular cleaning that my insurance covers, which I’ve been doing for over two years with the same insurance, paying $0 every time! They then insisted that I’d have to pay almost $300, then supposedly $70, and finally another person chimed in to say that it would depend on the doctor’s diagnosis. I made it clear that I only needed a standard routine cleaning, the kind you’re supposed to get every six months. It’s OBVIOUS they just want to take your money, blaming it on the insurance. Honestly, I do NOT recommend this place at all. There are other decent dentists who won’t try to scam you and will give you an honest diagnosis instead of one made to benefit them. PS, every time I called, they never mentioned I’d have to pay $300 for a deep cleaning because it would “depend on the doctor’s diagnosis.” SCAMMERS! 😣

Update 2024: I went to Sage with my concerns and I was brushed off. I was told that the issues were my fault. This is a very sad excuse for a dental company and please avoid them at all costs. I am out 1000s of dollars from this company from the botched dental work they have done and me having to get it fixed and be in pain for several years with them gaslighting me stating that it is my fault. Update: I highly recommend going to Winter Park Smiles instead! I’ve been going to Sage for years and they stated I have to get deep cleanings and at Winter Park Smiles they stated I don’t need those at all and my teeth and gums have been healthier than ever. I learned that deep cleanings are usually for older people as younger people do not need them. They stated Sage upsells products in order to make a profit and that seems unethical to me. I started coming here because my dentist transferred here. He is overall great and that is why I followed him. The first time I came the hygienist was very rough, I was in tears, and I had ongoing pain. I went to my regular doctor and they said the cleaning gave me an oral infection. The second time I tried to schedule an appointment for over a year and ended having to schedule 6 months out. Then they canceled my appointment because of the hurricane and couldn’t get me in until 3 months. I specifically requested to not see the same hygienist again and explained my issue with him and of course they put me with him. Then I go in today with an open mind and first of all he was not friendly at all and didn’t interact with me. When he was checking my gums he stabbed each gum very hard to the point I was tearing up. It should not be that hard. Then he tells me I need $800 worth of cleanings due to extra needed medication. I told him my cleanings are $70 copay and I just want to do that cleaning and he said we can’t do that you need to pay the $800 or you don’t get the cleaning. My dentist comes in and we get to talking and he says I really need the cleaning and I 100% agree and told him I cannot pay $800 out of pocket for a cleaning. He then talks to the hygienist to take some of the things off to do just a cleaning & then it is $280. The hygienist says we took these things off and then makes air quotes and says, “because you don’t need them.” Then asks me if I want to do it. I say I need to call my fiancé and speak with him about finances first and the hygienist asks me do you want to do it or not? I state I need to call my fiancé. He then asks me again if I want to do it and I say are you able to do it today? He says, “well I can but it’s already 10:30, so we can schedule you another day.” I ask does that mean he can do it or not? He repeats the same thing that he can do it but he can schedule me a next day because it’s already 10:30. This response made no sense & usually when you go in they do your cleaning the same day. I’ve never experienced where you have to come back for a cleaning. Just overall a sad experience because I left without the cleaning that I very much need and have waited a long time for and felt disrespected.
