Been going to this office for years. They have handled all my dental needs big and small with kindness and professionalism. It is a joy getting to see the staff each time I have an appointment. They really make you feel like family here. I would recommend this spot especially for those who can be nervous about dental care. Every staff member from the admin support, to the dental hygienists, to the dentists, exude joy and friendliness.

RVA Dental does not disappoint! Before you even arrive you feel welcomed. They make sure your records are updated, ask you to confirm arrival to insure you are already checked in when you walk through the door & they are on time. This all makes for a very efficient experience. Everyone is very friendly and personal making the dental experience calming and relaxing. I highly recommend you make your next appointment soon.

I have been a patient since I moved to Richmond 12 years ago. Everyone is professional, friendly and willing to listen. And especially comforting to my anxiety in the chair! I had poor experience as a child at the dentist, and decades later I’m a wreck even for cleaning! I also appreciate that a real person answers the phone; no message tree, no Muzak, no recording telling me how important I am. My plan is to be your patient as long as I’m breathing!!
