I went in for a last minute consultation and everyone was so nice. I originally was here 14 months ago and I appreciated the warm welcome and courteous interaction. Lindsay redid a retainer for me and the nicest part was there was no charge. I was called back late in the afternoon to pick it up. Thanks again. Great customer service from start to finish! Booking was simple with the mobile app. I was greeted by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff from the time I walked through the door. The technology and the equipment they use is top notch and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I am happy I found them and actually look forward to my next appointment!

They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and everybody in the office was extremely nice, professional, and were loose and relaxed. I haven't made the effort to find a dentist up here yet, but I think after today this is my new dentist. They explained everything really well from finances what was going on, what they were doing. It couldn't have been a better experience. It doesn't hurt They live 10 minutes away either. Try them out.

My wife and I have been going to this place for over two years since we’ve moved back to the area. Unfortunately, we found out that their appointment policy is very unforgiving and unsympathetic. My wife was scheduled and fully planned to come to her teeth cleaning appointment. The morning of her appointment, our toddler had an unexpected health emergency. Consequently, she forgot the appointment because she was taking care of him. She received a text about owing $50 for being a no-show. She called to explain our situation and to see if management could waive the fee since it was due to an unexpected health event. To her surprise, the manager was unapologetically unrelenting on their policy, despite the fact she has never missed any appointments before. My wife and I are professional healthcare providers and we have never seen this kind practice or standard. We don’t like to be late or miss our appointments, but unexpected life events happen. It is only a $50 fee, but the principle of this problem makes me feel compelled to share this experience. I understand that this is your policy and we have signed the policy. However, we feel that we are not welcome to this establishment. The message from this company is clear. You guys have more patients than you care to keep relationships with a few patients like my family. If our son becomes ill suddenly and we cannot “give 48 hours notice” and the dentist/staff do not care, then I’m afraid our family cannot continue to come here. This is an example of a practice valuing a $50 fee more than a future revenue of a family of five.

This was the first Dental Clinic that I felt really comfortable from the moment I walked in till the time I left. Great effective communications and listen skills was used throughout my entire visit.
