Customer Reviews
One of the more rewarding dental experiences I've had recently. The entire staff is extremely friendly. For me it was like I was visiting good friends. Dr Rotem is very engaging and you have his full attention when explaining your issues. Very reassuring in his evaluation and honest about options that are available for taking care of any problems.
I’ve had an excellent experience with Rotem Dental. The office uses state-of-the-art technology, which made the entire process incredibly smooth and efficient. During my exam, the team paid great attention to detail, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable. They really take the time to listen to your needs and ensure that your concerns are addressed. It’s refreshing to have a dentist who combines advanced technology with such personalized care. Highly recommend!
This was my first time to this dental practice ( for a cleaning and exam); from the initial phone call through the receptionist at exit; all staff were friendly, upbeat, and professional. The office is newer, with modern technology and equipment and clean. I have not yet received my cosmetic dental estimates to be emailed to me as requested. I would recommend this dental practice to friends and family.
EDIT: Whether or not I am a patient in your practice has nothing to do with the way I have been treated by you/your staff. As per your comments to my review, no one “EVER,” in your practice, discussed “anything” with me; “YOU” “NEVER” attempted to explain anything to me.. How could you have? You NEVER returned my calls! Remember, as I have stated, you do NOT answer phones, numerous promises were made to me stating I would receive calls back which NEVER happened, requests and messages were left with your staff which YOU left “unanswered,” requests to personally speak with Dr Rotem were left unanswered. Did he get the message? I am the caregiver of my Mom. I have the responsibility to ensure care and safety for her. Your reply stating you do not discuss patients without their consent, in this case, does NOT fly! Your staff knows, by my few visits to your office, (I had to drive there because no one was answering the phones) I am my mother’s caregiver. I find it VERY disturbing YOU stated I was condescending and rude to your staff (when you have NEVER been in the office upon my numerous visits). I did not act that way. It is an outright lie. I was stern which the staff is not use to! (Obviously) I am frustrated with the lack of care and compassion for my mother’s welfare. If your office CANNOT answer phones, return phone calls, forward messages to the proper people as requested by patients, how do you expect “anyone” to react? Remember, this issue started on 10.16.24 and it wasn’t until 11.06.24 (22 days) you finally decided to respond. You called my Dad instead of me! My instructions were for you to call me. You stated you did not have my number. That is ANOTHER lie! Your staff did NOT give it to you. The number was given to them, personally by me, multiple times during my visit(s) to your office. I believe YOU, as a Manager, need to take responsibility and be accountable for everything that occurs in your business in Toms River. YOU need to take responsibility for talking to me the way you did. YOU were very rude and demeaning. YOU spoke over me, YOU DID NOT let me speak, and worst of all, YOU hung up on me when I tried to speak to you. You NEVER gave me the opportunity to speak at all. I cannot for the life of me, comprehend how you can be a Manager and act this way to a patient’s caregiver. Does Dr Rotem really condone this type of behavior? As per your last request, you do not need to worry about me attempting to communicate with your office. The way I was treated and talked to by YOU/YOUR staff isn’t even worth the effort! And…for YOU to tell me “I” need to change MY attitude… YOU need to look at yourself! YOU need refresher training starting with: COMMUNICATION skills LISTENING skills TELEPHONE skills EMPATHY, CARE and COMPASSION Having RESPECT and INTEGRITY is of the utmost importance! You shouldn’t respond to reviews that twist the facts and truth. Be honest and to the point! People are relying on you. YOU shouldn’t let them down. Again, further communication is definitely NOT necessary unless my parents DO NOT receive their REFUND check in the mail as was promised by your office. I’d rather have ALL my teeth pulled then ever step foot into a Rotem facility!
This was my first time going to Rotem dental care, in my experience they have nice, high tech, updated Dental equipment. They were clean. They were kind. They walked me through the process and told me what would be happening next. The Dentist who gave me a cleaning had a great personality and was gentle. They were caring about how to fix an issue I had about my jaw and took some scans to find out what the problem was. All the staff seem to really care about their patients and it seems as though they are focused on making their patients feel comfortable and welcomed.
