Customer Reviews
Rebecca & Brittany are very kind & professional. As the first people we see & hear, i was very impressed with my first visit. Customer service is lacking everywhere lately. However, your office has plenty to go around!! Dr.Cohen was very kind & helpful ( & very handsome!! ) ?
I feel like they really try to upsell you here. I needed a crown and they said if I got the one that has to be made at another facility it would take two to three weeks and the quality would not be as good as if I got one made in the office. Why would they offer a product that they don’t even recommend? What happens if all I could afford is $250 and not $1000? I had credit on my account because the last time I got a crown here in August the person handling the payments insisted I give $600 that day then make huge payments per month. He overcharged me. They used to do really reasonable payments per month. The finance people here are horrible and make you feel less than. I like my dentist but might leave because I can’t stand the people that now do the financing. I’ve been coming since they opened. It is hit or miss on how hard a sell the dentist and or finance people are. Mostly they are all just really trying to sell to you.
Dr. Belden is the best dentist ever. Not only does he do excellent dental proceedures...he puts his patients at ease. So friendly and professional. I've been his patient for a few years now. I used to be very nervous about going to the dentist but I no longer dread it. This practice is so state of the art compared to my former dentist.
Dr. Justin Cowan is AMAZING! An absolutely wonderful experience there! I feel so blessed to have found him. My dentist that I had for over 30 years retired and I had a difficult time finding an office/dentist that I was happy with. I’m Super happy here! Every single person there (front office and assistants) are so nice!
Rebecca is always cheerful as well as the rest of the staff - warm and friendly. I don't really like going to the dentist, but everyone is kind and respect that you're a nervous patient and take their time with you.
I had a terrible experience with Rossmoor Dental that I would not wish upon anyone. I developed a painful tooth infection and even had to call 911 while I was waiting for the dentist office to open due to the intensity. I only went there because I was employed at the time nearby at First Team, I drove over to Rossmoor Dental hoping for immediate relief and help. Instead of providing compassionate care, they took advantage of me when I was in a vulnerable, transitional period with my health insurance and coverage. Instead of addressing my needs directly, Rossmoor Dental sent me to Beach Dental, where I was charged an outrageous $1,847 for a procedure that, when I researched with artificial intelligence tools, should have been around $600. It was nothing short of extortion, and the lack of transparency and empathy left me feeling completely exploited. To make matters worse, when I returned to Rossmoor Dental to try and resolve the situation amicably, they gaslit me and dismissed my concerns. When I began recording the conversation for my own proof and protection, one of the staff members threatened to call the police on me—as if I was the one in the wrong when they were the ones acting unethically. Rossmoor Dental's behavior was manipulative, exploitive, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling taken advantage of and financially drained. If you value ethical treatment, transparency, and a respectful environment, avoid Rossmoor Dental at all costs. My experience with Rossmoor Dental was a nightmare that only added stress and financial strain to an already challenging situation.
So they do great work, but they ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL, try to get us to pay an unnecessary copay or add an optional 500 dollar treatment. I find the carelessness with the patient's wallet to be extremely unrespectful. That being said, when we've seen something wrong, and we press them a little about it, they're really good about getting it right. The consistency of this disrespect is just annoying.
My experience was not so great. I was told I had bad hygiene in flossing on probably four times and Dr. B even had to inform me that I had cracked lips. When it comes to customer service, tact and kindness is paramount. You don’t need to repeat yourself four times, once is enough. However the quality of dentistry is definitely there
