Ross Allen, DDS

Dr.Allen is awesome! I’ve been going here for almost 10 years and my teeth are always spectacular after a cleaning. Matthew is a wonderful hygienist and answers all my questions and concerns. My teeth are spotless after he’s done with them! Sonya is helpful and always gets me in when I need it. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ross Allen for years and have always been satisfied with the care I received from him. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about your smile. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, particularly Soniya, has been unfriendly and unaccommodating. After missing an appointment due to circumstances beyond my control, I was forced to rely on walk-in appointments—an approach that simply doesn’t work with my schedule. I’ve never encountered such rigid policies before, and this lack of flexibility and support has prevented me from getting my teeth checked for over nine months. The subpar service from the front desk has made me feel unappreciated as a patient. While I’ve continued coming back for the doctor’s expertise, the negative experience with the staff has made my visits increasingly frustrating, and I’ve decided not to return. I hope they improve their patient interactions in the future, as the staff’s behavior ultimately reflects on the entire practice.

Great as always. Staff and doctor communicate well. Displaying active listening and follow up skills. No complaints at all. If I were forced to point out an area of improvement it would be the reminder of the next appointment. Mine came 3 weeks out. I would prefer something closer to the agreed upon date and time as 3 weeks is just enough time for me to forget. Not a big deal if you use your electronic calendar and set your own reminder.

LOVE this dentist!!! I’ve been going here for 2 years and everyone from the front desk to the back is amazing. Soniya at the front desk she’s wonderful, always friendly and makes sure you understand all the paperwork. Jessica is one of Dr. Ross’s assistant’s and she is very sweet and explains everything that’s going to happen before Dr. Ross comes in. Last Dr. Ross is that Best dentist I’ve ever had and is very nice. He explains what he’s going to do and asks you if you have any questions or concerns. Every step of the way for a procedure he will tell you what he’ll do next. I like that about him as well. I have never had such a good dentist before. I would give them 10 stars if it was allowed. Definitely would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone that needs a dentist.

Dr. Allen is so patient and caring. The staff are efficient and nice. I came in with a broken tooth and was very nervous. I had avoided going to the dentist for a while before the tooth broke. I am comfortable and feel like I’m in good hands with Dr. Allen and his staff.
