Roots Dental - Broadway

Roots Dental is FABULOUS! And I'm not easily comfortable with dentists. Dr. Gold is WONDERFUL. Angela is fabulous! The dentist's assistant is also wonderful (I'm so sorry. I can't remember her name but she was great. There is a very strong spirit of non-judgment and the staff truly wants the best interest of their patients! I highly recommend!

Like many people, I have anxiety about going to the dentist, and, having not been in some time, my main concern is that there will be added judgment and stress in getting much-needed care. After hearing a positive recommendation, I came to Roots and had a wonderful experience. The staff were kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease by letting me know I was in a judgment-free space. Their transparent process for breaking down financing and a treatment plan guided by the patient's priorities was reassuring. I'm so glad to have found them for my dental care!

I am several weeks away from a major surgery procedure but I am feeling very confident with the professionals at root. I have not felt pressured or pushed to do anything. All the information is laid out clearly and it's for me to decide what I think is best. They give you the pros and cons of each choice.

I had my second appointment today at Roots on Broadway. I needed a full set of X-rays and I was nervous I have a bad gag reflex and just don’t tolerate X-rays well. However Kiki was really incredible And was able to get all the X-rays I needed. Great experience. Updated 10/30/24 I have now completed all the work I needed to have done. So glad I found Dr Gold as he did such a fantastic job and I felt total confidence in him. He is a highly skilled dentist and his work is impeccable the support staff are all lovely people too. I am moving away In two weeks and I just hope I’ll be able to find such good quality of care in my new home.

Overall an excellent first impression. All the procedures and hardware costs associated were expertly explained. The cost for full implants is $48,000, which is well within the going rate, but unfortunately outside of my affordability.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the Powell location and needed an urgent appointment, but they were closed, so I called Broadway and they got me in the same day. I was worried that I had dry socket, but it ended up being that my trigeminal nerve was sending pain signals everywhere across my head. They listened to me in my emotional state and numbed the pain location with an injection that lasted for a few hours. This helped regulate my pain and it has been way more manageable now. I appreciate the doctor and dental hygienist/assistant who helped me out. The receptionists all seemed to care about how I was doing even when I couldn’t really talk from the pain and emotions. This has been a difficult process, but Roots Dental has been a great place and I felt supported, seen and affirmed by the doctors, dental hygienists/assistants and receptionists at both Broadway and Powell.

Dr. CASTLE is a consummate Professional attention to detail is his Hallmark never had a better Dental experience anywhere in 60 years of dental hygiene. Office staff is personable and extremely organized. Thank you !!
