I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the Powell location and needed an urgent appointment, but they were closed, so I called Broadway and they got me in the same day. I was worried that I had dry socket, but it ended up being that my trigeminal nerve was sending pain signals everywhere across my head. They listened to me in my emotional state and numbed the pain location with an injection that lasted for a few hours. This helped regulate my pain and it has been way more manageable now. I appreciate the doctor and dental hygienist/assistant who helped me out. The receptionists all seemed to care about how I was doing even when I couldn’t really talk from the pain and emotions. This has been a difficult process, but Roots Dental has been a great place and I felt supported, seen and affirmed by the doctors, dental hygienists/assistants and receptionists at both Broadway and Powell.
