Dr. Urlaub and his staff are wonderful. They have been taking care of my teeth for 15+ years and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a no nonsense, honest, pleasant place to have your dental work done, give his office a call. I highly recommend Dr. Urlaub and his terrific staff.

Very nice employees. Very pleasant. I was treated so well. The hygienist took the time to explain she would do to me which made me very comfortable. The dentist was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

(End March 2024). My First visit to Dr. Urlaub and team’s Dental Practice. FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL! Discovered this dental practice via our dental insurance, but this practice offers dental plans like many in the Raleigh area. Kate, their new patient welcoming hygienist, was MOST gentle, thorough and welcoming. Met Dr. Urlaub after my cleaning with Kate to discuss dental questions and follow on care. I am VERY confident being a person now in my 50s, this is the family feel dental practice my husband and I were looking for and it will provide TOP NOTCH dental care for both of us! Thank you Dr. Urlaub, Kate and the lady at the front desk! To the lady at the front desk, she is so incredibly professional, patient and welcoming too! June 2024 - Went in to fix a chipped bottom tooth and got to meet another FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL dental hygienist, Keisha. She and Dr. Urlaub worked so well together fixing my tooth, but Dr. Urlaub also noticed a tooth on the upper as I bit down was causing friction, so he did a very minor grind down of that. Very professional team working, especially with Deborah being so welcoming and helpful up front when checking in. Thank you Dr. Urlaub and your team for taking GREAT and PROFESSIONAL care of our teeth!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Urlaub's for about 10 years and have nothing but compliments for his skills, abilities, and professionalism. His staff is well trained and always focused on your comfort and understanding, clearly communicating every step and always checking on you. You can find bigger, fancier offices that offer the latest gadgets and gizmos, but those won't make your visit any more successful. Meet with Dr. Urlaub and you'll know that you've found a dentist who cares and listens to your concerns.

Roger Urlaub and his staff are wonderful and very intentional about the care of their patients. My overall initial cleaning was great. They provided and informed me about taking many photos if needed for insurance. Roger and his staff value deeply their patients and want to provide the best care for all. I would highly recommend this dentistry practice!
