Rockcliffe Dental and Denture Centre

I recently (August 19, 2024) got my wisdom teeth removed here and all I can say about this place; IT WAS AMAZING. I highly recommend anyone to come here for any dental issues or needs because I’m speaking from experience. The workers here were very friendly, helpful and kinda. And when it comes to the cost, there is no hidden fees or getting ripped off. I go to school in Windsor and when I wanted to get my wisdom teeth removed there, they charged around $2k more compared to Rockcliffe Dental. Please don’t have second thoughts about considering this place because you will never regret it choosing it. This place is Super GOOD.

I recently had a tooth extraction at Rockcliffe Dental and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The clinic itself was clean and modern, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Nguyen was professional and took the time to explain the procedure throughly, ensuring I was comfortable with each step. Thanks to their advanced techniques and Dr. Nguyen’s skilled hands. What stood out the most was the cost. The price for the extraction was very reasonable compared to other clinics I’ve researched, without sacrificing quality or care. It’s refreshing to receive such high-quality service at an affordable price. I high recommend Rockcliffe Dental for anyone needing dental work. Their blend of quality service, skilled professionals, and competitive pricing make them an excellent choice for dental care.

Got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Koniouchine and the process couldn’t have gone any better. I consulted multiple professionals about my wisdom teeth and many couldn’t or didn’t want to perform the procedure as my bottom two teeth were very close to the nerve and it was a complicated procedure, but Dr.Koniouchine made sure proper X-rays and CT scans were taken to precisely see how the nerve surrounded the tooth to assess the risk. He was able to get all four out and I was in and out within an hour. I had little to no swelling and just some discomfort in the following days which was expected but barely any pain. The staff were also super sweet and comforting. Would definitely recommend.

I really appreciated the treatment from Dr. Koniouchine last visit. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease because of his professionalism and skill. For my wisdom teeth he got them out within 5-10 mins. I was astonished and couldn't have hoped for better care for such a stressful situation.

I came in for a cleaning and had the pleasure of being helped by a very sweet person named Tania. ( I hope I spelt your name correctly) I have not had a cleaning in a while and although I was very embarrassed about that she was very nice about it. She took her time and was very careful. She was not able to finish the cleaning due to the fact that I hadn't been back in a while and she wanted to make sure I got the care I deserved so she squeezed me in to come back and finish the cleaning with her on another day. When I called back to let them know that the time we initially agreed on didn't work she offered to stay after work to complete the cleaning. I am still in shock that she would offer such service just to make my schedule work! (I personally would never make anyone do that for me and definitely didn't let her do it on her free time) Tania is a hard worker with a heart of gold. Don't looser her. I will keep coming back here for as long as she is working here. I want to give credit to the reception staff as well they have always been lovely on the phone. & a special shout out to Sharon for going above and beyond to look into my insurance coverage without even being asked. You guys have something solid going.
