The morning of my surgery, the ladies at the front desk told me they hadn’t had time to contact my insurance regarding coverage amounts for my procedure (which they had previously promised to do). Nevertheless, after looking online, they were “very confident” my plan would cover 70% of the procedure and that I should go ahead and keep my appointment. They promised (once again) to get a final answer from insurance on coverage amounts and call me (spoiler alert: this never happened). Two months later, I received a bill for 100% of the balance due from surgery. When I called to ask about what had happened, they put Dr. Pulliam on the phone who, instead of taking responsibility for the mess-up or being a leader to resolve the issue, verbally berated me for 3-4 minutes and tried to shift blame on anyone and everyone else. When he was done, he slammed the phone down - BUT WAIT, this is the best part: the phone didn’t actually hang up, so for the next several minutes, I listened to the front desk staff AND Dr. Pulliam talk trash about me and all of the other patients they had “dealt with“ that day. Thankfully, I recorded their full conversation as it went on until finally I told them I could hear every word they had been saying and they abruptly hung up. So, at the end of the day, despite the incredibly unprofessional and little-man behavior I had to endure from Dr. Pulliam, there really is a nice silver lining: I will forever have this recording of him and his entire team that I can go back and listen to, laugh at, share with others, and use as a life reminder of how NOT to treat people or run a business ?

Positive experience from the beginning! The environment is calming, clean, and relaxing. Each person I encountered went out of their way to welcome me as a new patient and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Pulliam was extremely personable and knowledgeable, taking his time to explain the procedures I need to complete, as well as answering all questions. Fantastic experience!

I went to Dr. Pulliam for a gum graph surgery. Initially, I was scared of the surgery but the doctor and his staff were AMAZING. They made me very comfortable and confident I was in good hands. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery or dental implants. They are extremely professional, friendly and competent. The good doctor even called me personally later that evening to check on me. Just outstanding all around.

I’m a patient of Dr. Pulliam, and I’m in the middle of the process to get an implant. I found the doctor and the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They are also friendly, kind, and empathetic, which really means a lot to me. Also the office keeps up with following up on appointments and post-procedure check-ups. I have a horrible fear of having needles and dental instruments being in my mouth. They are completely understanding and caring. They made me feel much better about being there. I’d highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! Super friendly, competent and caring staff. I see Dr. Pulliam every 6 months for regular check ups, but recently I had an emergency situation come up and they fit me in and took care of me right away. It's reassuring to know that something as important as your teeth are in such capable and talented hands.
