Riverside Family Dental

I've been a customer for a very long time as well as my family, and I have only praise. I've had cleanings, fillings, crowns and a bridge. All procedures were relatively quick and pain free. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

My 6 month dental cleaning was canceled by Riverside dental over the summer. I had to wait 4 months to get another appointment. I arrived today for my visit and was informed that it has been a year and a half since i had dental x-rays. I said I didn't want x-rays this time. I was told that it is the office policy that everyone must have x-rays at least every year and a half. I refused the x-ray and was told i could not get service. I left Riverside Dental and will never go back. This used to be a family run dental office. Now it’s all corporate. It’s all about making money regardless of the patient and their wishes. If Riverside Dental cared about patients, they wouldn't have policies built only on maximizing profit. Here’s an idea, how about listening to your patients and doing what they want. After all, it’s their dental health. But sadly, nothing will change at Riverside Dental because its all about the money.

I never do reviews but had to here. We were treated so kindly from the minute we walked in. The staff were all so gentle with my daughter and helpful in every way. I HIGHLY recommend.

I was surprised how quickly I was able to make an appointment. Then becoming a patient now with 18 dental X-rays the whole process was seamless, and I now feel like a regular patient. Especially after the thorough cleaning and examination by the team of Michelle who is a hygienist/X-ray tech/appointment secretary, and Dr Yusuf. I am confident I chose the right dental practice. Another surprise was the layout of the building at 1445 Wampanoag Trl, Riverside, RI. You enter through the front entrance, and go up the stairs to walk along a walkway that is opened and exposed to the cold air, this is different. And the office space is small and quaint. All and all, it was a good day.
