I absolutely love this dentist office! My daughter and I have had the best experience , Dr. Chang fixed my front teeth and made me feel confident again. The staff is amazing as well. I will be referring all my friends and family

Such an amazing experience! I have bad experiences with previous dentists treating me poorly for having Cavities. Dr. Chang made me feel so comfortable and explained everything fully! The whole experience from my call to setting up my first appointment to now has been smooth and professional!

The doctor is fabulous! He answers all the questions you have & takes time to make sure you're comfortable during procedures. He uses up to date technology that is quite impressive. WOW! AWESOME!!!!! He gives you a warm scented cloth to wipe your face if water has inadvertently sprayed ? The staff is so friendly & will even joke around with you. I'm so very glad I picked this dentist & his staff for my dental needs. They are even open on Saturdays so my dental needs don't interfere with work ?

This review is not about my dentist, but the office staff. I called to schedule a cleaning, exam, and a crown I know I needed. The dentist did the exam and then I got a high pressure sales pitch. I was told I could not make payments in advance of the procedure (I wanted to make 3 monthly payments and then get the procedure). I was told could only make 3 payments, but they all had to be made within a month ( I could make 1 payment a week). She made me feel poor and bad about the whole situation; it was humiliating. When I repeatedly said that I literally could not afford to do that she then brushed me off and said ok then you can leave. I asked about the cleaning and was told they didn’t schedule one for me. She then said I could wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes and they would do it, but by that point I didn’t want to anymore. I will never return here even though the dentist was very competent and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. I just got my cleaning and procedure done at another clinic where I had an amazing experience, and wasn’t humiliated or felt like I was buying a used car— much more professional.
