River Valley Periodontics & Implant Dentistry

I was very impressed by the doctors & staff at River Valley Periodontics today. I specifically worked with Dr. Miller, Alyssa and Debbie. Hearing I had a badly cracked tooth, they added me to their already very busy schedule because they didn't want me suffering through the weekend. I have a complex health profile and everyone patiently took the time needed to listen to me, understand my unique needs and explain options and what needed to happen. They really listened and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best care and was comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice!

The initial appointment was outstanding. Very warm, friendly, and reassuring staff. I'm dreading what I need to get done but I'm sure these folks are going to make it a hell of a lot better. They really eased my mind and came across as very competent and that I am going to be in good hands.

Office Staff was welcoming and pleasant Nurses were knowledgeable and helpfully answered questions and concerns. They really made me feel at ease and helped me relax. Dr Oks was amazing. The procedure was done in a very professional way ,,yet with compassion and care. She really cares about her patients.

It was an extremely reassuring visit. The front office staff was warm and friendly. Dr.Oks and Katie, I believe , were extremely understanding and compassionate in regards to my dental needs and preferences. It was a great first visit and I look forward to continuing my dental care with them.

Dr. Oks and her team were extremely professional. I came in anxious and nervous for my appointment. I was supported throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Oks made sure I was ok very often throughout the whole visit and explained what was going on. She was patient, gentle and very reassuring. I highly recommend her and her team for your dental needs.
