I've had terrible anxiety surrounding dental offices my entire life, and for the first time, I felt completely at ease and peaceful during my cleaning appointment. It has been over a year since I went for a checkup, as I kept postponing due to the anxiety. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by welcoming staff and a relaxing environment. I appreciated the snacks and beverages offered in the waiting room. When I went back for my cleaning, my hygienist Mya was calm and made me feel at ease. The comfort menu that she offered me is a game changer! Truly, I was blown away at the complimentary items that were available. The comfort menu included things like a plush blanket, headphones, lip balm, aromatherapy, chilled or heated eye mask, and more. I opted to try the blanket and a heated eye mask, and these items were insanely comforting and relaxing during my cleaning. This experience totally changed my relationship with dental experiences. Everyone was so kind and calm, and I felt snug and safe the entire time. I'm actually really excited to go back in 6 months for my next cleaning! Now I don't dread going to the dentist, because it feels like a soothing spa experience that I can look forward to. Thanks River Run team! You rock!

River Run Dental Spa was the nicest dental office I’ve been to. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They were very honest with the care plan I needed for my oral health. I’m very happy I gave them a shot and they will be my long term go to from now on.

They have the kindest most friendliest staff and made my 7 year old so comfortable! He actually gets excited to go to the dentist though he was terrified at first. They are just the best across the board: great staff, great spa-like atmosphere/amenities, thorough communication, and wonderful patience!

The staff is friendly and professional, the atmosphere is calming and extremely clean, and the care is very thorough. I had a cavity filled on a front incisor and it was finished quickly, painlessly, and looks perfect! And when I couldn't find my car keys (I'd locked them in my car, it turns out), the whole team jumped in to help me look, even going to the parking lot and offering to take apart the chair in the exam room! They went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this practice, not only because of their superb dental work, but because of their amazing staff!

Recently I was referred to river run dental due an older crown that fell off. The staff was very professional and Dr. Bui worked diligently to make sure this new crown fit correctly. They offered comfort items to make your visit more enjoyable. Highly recommend this office. I will definitely be back for routine care.
