I had an excellent experience at River Run Dental! From the moment I set the appointment, everything was well-organized, and everyone was very friendly. My hygienists (Gabby & Becca) and dentist (Dr. Patel) were thorough and attentive, and the office was spotless. You can truly tell that patient comfort is a top priority. The spa-like amenities are fantastic—heated towels, a heated massage chair, a neck pillow, and many more options to choose from, all designed to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I also appreciated the automated reminder system and how easy it was to pay for any add-on services. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for both quality care and comfort.

Love this dental office. Everyone is kind and considerate. I don’t usually like the dentist, however, having a filling today, they have changed my mind. The dentist was thoughtful when I needed a moment. The assistant made me feel at home. Their office is clean, offers coffee, tea, etc-along with warm blankets and other amenities. I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks River Run Dental!

Today was my first time visiting River Run Dental at Libbie Mill and it was absolutely amazing! The warm reception when I first arrived was welcoming and I was greeted and informed of step by step procedures by Gabby and Becca before meeting Dr. Fant. I was also impressed with the massage chairs and the Comfort Menu. For a minute, I thought I was receiving an ultimate spa treatment. Anyone having any skepticism about visiting a dentist…should give River Run Dental a try; the staff there will truly make you feel comfortable and confident about the experience!

My hygienist Katie was very knowledgeable, professional and very caring. Dr. Rubana Masood was top notch. She too was very caring, knowledgeable and professional and I felt right at home. She made some great recommendations and Katie followed through on explaining the reasons why and gave her personal opinion which made me feel right at ease. I have always had a fear of the dentist from my childhood days and I felt very comfortable with Katie and Dr. Masood. They work very well together and compliment each other.

I received TOP NOTCH customer service from Gabby and Becca at my visit on Wednesday, November 6. I’ve been a patient since August 2023. While I’ve always received great service from everyone over I’ve ever interacted with, Gabby and Becca were superior! I learned things and received services that I hadn’t known about in my year of coming there. I was SO impressed by them, that I requested that my next visit be with them! Overall, River Run Dental provides great care, but is you get a chance to be treated by Gabby and Becca, don’t pass it up! You ALL rock! Iesha Williams
