River Run Dental

Wow, wow, wow! My husband and I are refugees from a local dental group that has struggled to handle regular dental hygiene appointments. I’ve had problematic gums for a long time and I can’t afford to go 9 months in between cleanings. When I contacted River Run, I was shocked that they had availability for a cleaning within days. Today was the appointment. The Short Pump office is a well-oiled machine. They have a large, beautiful office and manage to have so much availability by being hyper focused on efficiency without sacrificing quality and bedside care. I saw three separate experts in one visit. First, a hygienist assistant helped gather all the data and images necessary for Kendall, my hygienist to focus on my cleaning. The cleaning was all done with manual tools and was delicate and exacting. I actually haven’t had such an easy cleaning in a long time. Next, my dentist gave me a thorough exam and went over a spot they want to watch that had obviously been there for a long time but this is the first I’d ever heard of it. She took the time to explain to me what it all meant too. I’m happy to be a new patient at River Run!

Kendall was amazing! I was nervous since it’s been so long since I have been to the dentist. Kendall and her team made me feel comfortable and explained everything! I look forward to scheduling my next appointment.

I struggled finding a dentist when I moved to Richmond, but I finally found my home at River Run. Everyone in the practice is professional and efficient, and my appointments are always on time, which I really appreciate. Their facility is super modern and clean and NICE (snacks in the lobby? Don’t mind if I do). Highly recommend.

Love love love Devin! She is so personable and always so nice. The dentist is not my favorite place to be and my experience at River Run is always so warm. 10/10 - would definitely recommend!

Everybody as this practice is phenomenal! I used to fear the dentist, but because of their non judgmental attitudes, I actually am excited to go! I wish I was better at remember people's names so I could give specific shout outs.
