River Park Dental and Esthetics

River Park Dental and Esthetics is the best dental experience. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist because of my sensitive teeth but I love coming here! Everyone is so receptive to my sensitivity and make the experience painless. They are the nicest and kindest staff. I no longer worry when I see my appointment scheduled on my calendar, I know it will be enjoyable.

Such a great place, now my whole family comes here! My little loved their time at the dentist.

My favorite dentist in Columbus. They are so kind and knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust them. They're accommodating and have taught me so much even though I've only been going to them for about a year now. They'll answer and questions that you have and give you personalized recommendations for your routine. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with them!

I highly recommend River Park Dental, led by Dr. Saurer and her exceptional team. Their professionalism and expertise have consistently provided me excellent dental care over the past few years. First, I want to talk about Tracy who's not just skilled at what she does, she's also incredibly friendly and attentive. Tracy has been taking care of my regular cleanings every six months, and I always leave feeling like I've had a thorough and gentle cleaning. She's also great at providing personalized advice for maintaining oral health between visits. I've also had two procedures done with Dr. Saurer and am incredibly happy with the outcomes. The office is modern and inviting, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience from start to finish. If you need dental care in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Saurer and the team at River Park Dental.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen they never have appointment all their appointments have to be set and can take up to 3 months to be seen. They ask you to pay upfront for the appointment then 2 days before cancel on you be make you wait until 2-4 months just to be seen yet they are the ones that cancel your appointment. I will not recommend this place before now I have paid for a service and my insurance has been charged only for them not to do the job until next year 2025 mind you I booked the appointment since July this year.

Another wonderful experience for my husband and i at River park Dental !! Our hygienists Missy and Tracy are always thorough, thoughtful, patient and gentle. I would also like to say Dr Sauer and her team are amazing, they truly are sensitive to their patients and there needs ! I have no hesitation recommending this exceptional practice to anyone , You can put your trust in them!!

Great office and staff! The hygienist was thorough, kind, compassionate and informative in explaining everything. Great location in Dublin Bridgepark! My family and I are happy to be making this our new dentist office.

There should have been a -ve star as option but unfortunately one start is the minimum, so I will go with that. I had high hopes for River Part Dental and "Dr. Phing Saurer" based on their reputation, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. After I left an honest one-star review regarding my previous visit, not only did they ask us to change the rating, but I was shocked to find that Dr. Saurer refused to see us for a follow-up appointment. We were advised to remove that one-star review only then they would consider seeing us again, despite the fact that it was for a dental emergency. (Fortunately, we have a full recording of the conversation and will be filing legal charges, as medical and dental practices should not operate in such a monopolistic manner.) It is incredibly unprofessional to deny care based on patient feedback, especially when that feedback is intended to help improve the practice. Instead of addressing the primacy concerns and looking what might have led someone to leave such review, Dr. Saurer chose to retaliate by refusing to accept my spouse as a patient. This response demonstrates a lack of accountability and a disregard for patient relationships. Constructive criticism is essential for growth, and it’s disheartening to see a healthcare professional take such a defensive stance. As a patient, I expected better from a practice of this caliber. I urge others to consider this before choosing River Part Dental. It's crucial to have a dentist who values all feedback, good or bad, and is committed to providing care to everyone.
