Risas Dental and Braces - Civic Center

Pretty disappointed with this place I was here two months ago and scheduled for clear aligner braces. I confirm my appointment two days before I have to come in sit and wait to be called to the back only to be told they aren’t here yet… waste of time now I have to come back in about 2 weeks . After I got a baby sitter and took time off today just for my time to be wasted. Everyone deserves good customer service especially when you patiently wait and pay off the entire plan before your plan has even started. So id recommend double checking that you are able to provide the service or even give a courtesy call the day before or even call the day of as my appointment was in the afternoon. I came here because of the almost perfect reviews there is. As a business owner myself we double check everything we would never want to waste a customers time and lose future business.

I recently visited Risas Dental for a teeth cleaning, and the experience was fantastic! Dr. Joshua and his assistant Carlos were professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The entire staff was friendly, and the clinic had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Risas Dental for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I give my visit a 5 star review, from the moment I walked then they greeted me and treated me. The assistant Jes was very kind and was patient during my x-rays, exam and cleaning. Dr.Jake was thorough and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Sol started me right away for my braces and it was a smooth and painless experience and Dr. Kim was great and helpful making sure I was taken care of properly. I'll be recommending my family and friends ?

Really good service Dr.Britton was very good with my daughters teeth and our nurse Jessica was a total sweetheart she is very nice and helpful from the start you can tell she likes her job and cares for the health of your teeth. I totally recommend them to you guys they are really nice and truly care about Risas patients.

Doctor Jake and assistant Carlos were very helpful. They made sure if I had any questions or concerns that I’ll be taken care of. Carlos also offered a extra floss to take home which was appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Kim's office! The entire staff at RISAS DENTAL was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease right away. The office was immaculate, and the advanced technology they used made my appointment seamless. Dr. Kim took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan, and I never felt rushed. The results so far have exceeded my expectations, and I’m already seeing a difference in my smile. I can’t thank Dr. Kim and Joselynne their team enough—they truly care about their patients!

Best place for dental care ! I previously had bad encounters with other dentist which led me to neglect my dental health after building enough courage I finally went was helped by Marisol who encouraged me to let go of fear I had and to listen to what the dentist suggested met Dr.Kim who listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve I’ve had my braces on since May and for the first time in my adult life am I able to smile with confidence I can’t wait to see the end results Dr.Kim and Marisol I truly appreciate everything thank you for listening and thank you for being kind!!!! For those of you who have fears of going this is your sign to just go !!!

This dentist office is amazing, Marisol and Dr. Kim do an amazing job inspecting and making sure you’re getting all the necessary treatments and advice you need. Overall the best place i’ve been too amazing service.
