I'm happy to share my wonderful experience with Right Choice Dental Care. As someone who is very particular about healthcare providers, I can confidently say that choosing this dental office was a good decision, even though it's a bit farther from my home compared to other options. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The entire staff was amazing, welcoming, and professional. What stood out the most was the time Dr. Patel took to thoroughly explain everything to me, ensuring I understood each step of my care. I never once felt rushed; instead, I felt like my well-being was their top priority. It was incredibly refreshing to be treated with such care and consideration. I would return here for future dental needs, as long as they continue to provide such outstanding service.

Right Choice Dental is the best. Dr. Shroff has been my kids dentist since they were two years old. We have been coming to her for 12 years now. She is great with my girls and shows genuine concerns about their oral health. She makes them feel comfortable and at ease with every visit. We see her twice a year but if there are any unexpected emergencies she makes herself available for a visit. The staff at Right Choice Dental is very nice and friendly. The office is nice and clean as a dental office should be. We love Dr. Shroff and the staff at Right Choice. Right Choice Dental Care is absolutely amazing. I went in for my initial cleaning last month and met Dr. Bansri Shroff. She was incredibly nice and supportive which made me feel at ease. The checkup was very thorough and made me feel like this place is passionate about improving my dental health. Today I got my first fillings and went in a little nervous. I appreciate that Dr.Shroff walked me through the whole process and better yet, it was painless! The Right Choice has been one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had at the dentist and I feel that the staff do care about everyone that comes in. It made my day when they greeting me this morning. Absolutely five star service!

Today was my second cleaning at Right Choice Dental. I have never come across a more acommodating, professional, caring group of people in a dental office. I got lost, driving accidentally to one of their other offices, so I called the office frustrated, late and lost, sitting in a Menards parking lot. The receptionist calmly walked me through where I was compared to where I should be, and repeated the address several times. I asked her if I would be too late and perhaps should make another appointment? She reassured me that they would wait for me, no problem! When I arrived, no one acted as if I made a mess of their schedule. So far, I couldn't be happier with Right Choice Dental.
