I have been a client of Dr Carlos Lopez and his wonderful staff for over a decade. Other dentists have tried to upsell me on procedures that were unnecessary and costly. I value not feeling like I have to hear a sales pitch every time I go to the dentist. Also I have found the dental hygienists like Brenda so professional and personable. I appreciate how she connects with me and doesn’t make me feel bad for some issues so have with my constant build up with tarter or gums. Instead I feel like they understand and acknowledge more what my dental issues and give me sound options that are best for me and not their pocket books.

This was my first time visit. My appointment was for an annual cleaning. They took lots of x-rays and scans and did a 3-D rendering of my teeth. I was there for over an hour with all these procedures. They then walked me up to the check out counter to make another appointment to come back to have my teeth cleaned for $150.00. They developed a treatment plan for me which included orthodontia and other treatments. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. They did not do that. I will not return.

I have been going to Dr Lopez since 2019 and always had great experiences. This week my crown came off while eating something I should not have eaten…a Milk Dud! They immediately got me in and Dr Lopez put it back on for me. He also told me Milk Duds and Sugar Babies cause many dental casualties!

They were awesome. They got me in right away to get a tooth pulled. They went above trying to figure out my insurance cause I couldn't find my insurance card. It was quick and they explained everything to me as the appt went on. Oh and they have this cushion that helps keep your mouth open that no where else I've ever been has and that little thing makes it so much more comfortable to have your mouth open that long. It's the little things in life right!?! They were so great I'm going back to get the rest of my dental work done.

I have terrible anxiety ? around dental work, I skipped so many appointments before because of fear. But I have to say tha staff made me feel at ease and I could get through my appointment, they were patient, understanding and appreciate that so very much.

They have 2 offices that you can go to, a smaller office or the bigger office. The benefits of the smaller office is that you'll probably be the only patient in the office when you're there. And what's great about that is, my son can take his small dog with him instead of having to take anxiety pills for visiting the dentist. Our orthodontist allows our dog to go there as well. Which is where we got the idea to bring our dog instead of taking the medicine to calm him down. The bigger office means more people and someone might be allergic. We're grateful that we are given this option. We've not upsold on procedures we do not need. The staff are always so friendly when we arrive and leave.
