Their team was wonderful — a far more thorough first visit than other dentists I have visited in the area. Alexis greeted me up front and showed me around; Jamie was a super friendly and knowledgeable assistant who reviewed my health history and preferences before taking photos; Dianna was an amazing hygienist who gave me home care techniques for maintaining better care of my gums and implants; lastly, Dr. Nguyen was quite personable and was able to fit in same day treatment for a bottom clear aligner that they make in-house. Would recommend!

They also show interest in you as a person and not just as one of their patients. They are friendly and courteous, and flexible with their scheduling. I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Susan Rifkin did extensive dental work for me. I have never been happier! She is the most (truly) amazing lady (dentist, human being) I’ve ever met. Some how she has cultivated an environment in her office that surpasses all. Knowing her she hand picked each of them! They are kind, helpful and truly make you feel like you are a part of the family. Prior to finding (through a friend) Dr. Rifkin I hated going to the dentist. Not any more! I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Rifkin for over 20 years. She is excellent and strives for a perfect smile and healthy teeth for all her patients. Her staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The office is run very efficiently and I have never waited more than a few minutes in her for my appointment to start. Often, for a routine cleaning I am in and out in less than an hour. Now I am starting to see Dr. Zach Rifkin, who is almost as wonderful as his mother and I’m so happy he’s taking over the practice.

Believe it or not, even old dentists need their teeth cleaned. I had a great experience today. Marcy, one of our newer hygienists, cleaned my teeth. She is outstanding! First of all, she’s as sweet as sugar, very personable and considerate. Secondly, extremely thorough. She does not disappoint, she has a very light touch and my teeth feel great. I haven’t had the opportunity to have this experience ever. Being in my former office, and not being the practitioner who oversees things. It was very different, but, I will say very pleasant. It still feels like home❤️
